    I cannot say enough good things about this villa or our stay there. It is beautiful, bathrooms and kitchen are brand new. Kitchen is filled with everything you need to cook. Washer & dryer a bonus. Location is perfect - a 2 minute walk to the nest and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Being on the 2nd floor is also awesome - beautiful vaulted ceilings and you cannot hear the people below you. We will be coming back again and again.

    We enjoyed staying at Parkside Villa. The unit was just the right size and very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good for showering, and the area was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Especially enjoyed the screened porch. Saw deer grazing close by and also alligators! Would recommend.

    Very nice condo. Issue with pollen covering everything on the porch. … but it’s just nature. No one’s fault. Would like to find something just as nice but on the first floor. Loved the look of the vaulted ceiling which made it feel very spacious. But difficult to take everything up the stairs.

    Clean accommodations, great location. We were close to beach, the Sanctuary and the park. The Parkside villa has all the amenities. It felt like a home away from home. Great trip! Would highly recommend. Sweetgrass was very responsive and helpful to make sure we had a great time.

    This Villa is beautifully appointed and has everything you might need for a stay. A short walk to the beach & The Nest for anything forgotten. I cannot compliment Sweetgrass Properties enough for their prompt, courteous and pleasant response to any request, from the front desk staff to the technicians...it is always comforting to know that any situation will be handled expertly. All in all, a great stay!

    We love the unit and the location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Seven minute walk to the beach on a very nice scenic path. Excellent experience with Sweetgrass Properties. Would stay here again!
