Welcome to 2431 Racquet Club on Seabrook Island!  With club access, community pool, game room, elevator and scenic lagoon views, this lovely home is sure to be ideal for your next beach or golf vacation. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury townhome comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is the pinnacle of comfort, convenience, and relaxation! 

With this amazing location, you'll be just a stone's throw to the pool, the ocean, and the local shopping village!  Take a short walk over to the Equestrian Center for horseback riding or to the Lake House fitness center and library.  Even better, rent a bike to enjoy a short ride over to Bohicket Marina to check out the boats and some great local restaurants. You'll also get a free pass to Seabrook's beach club - where you'll have access to several community pools (including an oceanfront pool!) that you can dip into when you're taking a break from the ocean. 

Another amazing amenity for your convenience is an elevator, to make unpacking and unloading a breeze for your group. Host a family game night, as you'll have access to a game room boasting a ping pong table, bikes, and board games!  Between the outdoor activities, the pool, the beach, and the amenities at the house, there won't be a moment without excitement on your much-deserved vacation!

An occupancy of 8 guests cannot be exceeded at this home. (Age 2 and under do not count towards this limit. Owner requests that renter be at least 35 years of age.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

 The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was extremely nice with lovely, ample and comfortable furnishings and a great well stocked kitchen The living area was a wonderful place for us to gather. The back porch is peaceful with a pretty view. We loved the big dining table. Our vacation was great and we thank our hosts and also Sweetgrass Properties for being so helpful. No major issues but will mention a few things we encountered that hopefully will be helpful: - Key to golf cart was in the ignition not the lockbox as expected. - The chain on the girl's bike was very rusty and locked up. - The downstairs bathtub drain was very slow. - Didn't realize the playroom had no air conditioning from description. - It appeared that the elevator was off limits. We didn't need it but other people may since it is advertised. - The driveway is really not big/long enough for 2 cars. The pool lot where we parked other cars was a longer walk than we expected.

Spacious and nicely decorated unit. Perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean upon our arrival. Our teens enjoyed the game tables downstairs. Being able to rent the golf cart from the owners was a plus. There were several beach towels and chairs to borrow. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We have been vacationing at Seabrook for many years and this was the nicest rental we’ve stayed at. The owners have done a lovely job providing a home away from home. We will definitely look to stay here next summer.

House is spacious and beautifully decorated, comfortable and furnished. The rental company is very helpful with the arrangements. Two small improvements/ recommendations would be an extra dish towel and cushions on the porch furniture off the living room. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful this past weekend. This unit was awesome. It was very spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen.The coffee was so good!! Large TV ‘a in every room. Plenty of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillows!!! The art work in this unit is beautiful. It represent Seabrook Island to the fullest. You need to take time and look through the house at all the amazing art. The detail from the shell lamps, oyster soap dishes and end tables to the beautiful plants. There is an elevator and golf cart if needed.The ground floor had extra space to hang out with an additional fridge,ping pong and foosball table!! We did access the gym which was great!!! We also spent some time at the beach club, lounge, play ground and a few of the other pools that are available. The equestrian farm across the street was awesome!! We walked over every morning to see the horses!! They were so friendly and beautiful!! We loved it!! Thank you for the amazing Stay!! Seabrook girls were awesome. We were notified about all the details of our Trip!! We will definitely return!!

My family LOVED our stay at 2431 Racquet Club. It's a beautiful, bright and airy home. And having elevator access for my elderly parents was so helpful. We loved the location and being able to bike over to the amenities. We definitely recommend this home and we can't wait to come back!
