The open floor plan creates a bright, welcoming living space featuring stylish modern furnishings, a newer, larger smart TV, and a dining area with seating for four. The custom-built chaise sectional includes a memory-foam full pullout bed, making it easy to accommodate additional guests. A coffee table with convenient pullout drawers holds a selection of games for relaxed evenings in. Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony overlooking mature live oak trees and lush resort landscaping—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day.

The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Recent additions to the already well-stocked kitchen include new cookware, making meal prep a breeze whether you’re cooking a full dinner or just beach snacks.

The serene primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a smart TV, and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom offers both a full and twin bed and easy access to a shared bathroom. For added comfort, sound machines are available in select rooms, allowing guests to personalize their sleep environment. The villa also features updated washer and dryer, a new entry door, and an upgraded mesh WiFi 7 system to keep everyone connected.

Entertainment and connectivity are effortless with Hulu Live TV on the smart TVs—perfect for streaming your favorite shows, sports, or movies after a day in the sun.

Best of all, the community pool and sandy beach are just steps away, and you can easily walk to resort shops, dining, and amenities. With two parking spaces and all the comforts of home, this villa is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The area felt very private. Amazing beach access and cozy pool area. Parking easy and there is easy access to a dumpster. We did not take advantage of the local amenities like tennis or pickle ball courts but seemed like a great option. Overall convenient, comfortable, a would recommend!

Place was great for our Thanksgiving visit. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Easy access to beach and they are very responsive! Great experience

We had to be at Wild Dunes for meetings and found this location great and very close to everything we needed to get to. The amenities in the condo were great and helpful. We would definitely return if timing aligned.
