This true beachfront 3 bedroom villa offers one of the best views in Wild Dunes. 101 Summerhouse is only steps to and from the beach and pool, making it perfect for your next vacation. With the exception of one bedroom, this first floor corner villa offers sweeping views from every room and from the private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the master and queen bedrooms in addition to the living area. Steps from the balcony lead directly to the dunes and beach.

Upon entering you will find the first of three bedrooms. This room includes 2 twin beds, a TV, and private bath. Next the hallway opens onto an open floor plan and magnificent ocean views. The attractive décor includes comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV, dining table seating six, and a large kitchen with views from the cozy breakfast area. Off this lovely living space are 2 oceanfront bedrooms. The master includes a king size bed, TV, large private bath, and sliding doors opening onto the balcony. The queen bedroom also has a private bath, TV, and access to the balcony. New tile floors add to the beach feel of the villa.

We rented this property for a last minute “Girls Trip” with me and my 3 adult daughters. There was plenty of space for all of us, 4 girls with 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. We spent 4 memorable days enjoying the wonders of the beach and some of the beauty that Isle of Palms and Charleston have to offer. Yes, the condo is in need of a lot of renovation but it was clean and functional for what we needed. We woke up each morning to gorgeous sunrises and leisurely walks on the beach right out the back door. We also appreciated great communication and information with the rental service and provider. Location is everything! Thank you for a weekend of precious memories.

Great location! Unit was clean. Check in process and gate passes for Wild Dunes was excellent. Great communication from property manager. I would have given an excellent rating, but the unit could use updating.

Our stay at 101 Summer House was absolutely exceptional! We didn't want to leave at all. The unit is in the best location for beachfront. The unit is fully stocked with everything needed. It was clean and quiet. It was truly the perfect stay. The only negative comments I could make would be that there are several floor tiles loose in the dining area that need to be fixed. They are not a hazard...yet. But will be if left alone. Other than that, we would really like to return to this unit for another trip in 2025!

We loved the condo (spacious and fabulous location). It's a little dated, but overall clean and very livable. All of the amenities we requested were there when we arrived (beach towels, chairs and shibumi). Directions for entry (arrival) were excellent and easy to follow. (Just a note for SH101--the faucet in the second bedroom leaks and the faucet in the kitchen seems loose.) We were disappointed that there was no blender, as smoothies are a big thing in our family. Overall, great experience on the beautiful Isle of Palms--and the city and major attractions are all so convenient. Thank you.

Property location is great. Walk off porch down stairs to the pool. Summer House is located with easy walk to beach, great pool and ease to get anywhere in Wild Dunes. Unit is dated with appliances, tile, showers, etc. Couple lose tiles in dining room, small TV's. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and easily 6. Overall decent unit. Would stay at a more updated one in Summer House if available.

You can’t beat this location. The beach is literally at your doorstep. The only complaint is that there aren’t enough plates, cups, cookware, or utensils.

Summer House 101 had a wonderful location! It had a perfect view of the beach and the pool was around the corner so you did not see it or hear it when you were sitting on the porch. The beach was absolutely beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach and a shorter walk to the pool. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating was because it needs to have some updating done on the interior. The beds were rather lumpy and new mattresses would be appreciated. Some of the kitchen drawers did not close properly. The location of this condo really made up for the lack of interior beauty. Do not hesitate to stay here if you do not mind the lack of updates!

Enjoyed our stay at 101 Summer House. The location was perfect...convenient to the beach and the pool. Loved sitting out on the porch and enjoying the ocean breeze. As other reviews have stated...time to remodel, but didn't cause an issue.

We enjoyed a week at 101 Summerhouse. The property has all amenities and great access to the beach. The unit was in good shape and was finished with all the perfect furniture and finishes and had all kitchen items to handle a full Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for a great and enjoyable unit with all that was needed for a condo rental and with grocery store close by we were able to buy the needed toiletries and other items needed for our extended stay. Thanks Sweetgrass!

This was a quick getaway post-surgery for me and a friend. The views of the water from the bedrooms were entrancing enough that we were not tempted to over do it physically. So much better than recuperating at home and seeing all those things you wish were getting done.

I spent a week here with 3 girlfriends. Our weather was perfect, 70’s and a breeze on the beach. The condo had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths!! Beds were super comfy as well at the living room furniture. The kitchen was much bigger than I expected. Sun on the porch in the mornings was so nice. We had everything we needed!! Could have used a few more wine glasses but we made do. All in all and excellent place to stay!

This condo has a great location. Walk out right to the beach or the swimming pool. The service from Sweetgrass properties was EXCELLENT. We had trouble with the TV... they were there promptly to fix the issue. 4 remotes, no directions or TV information!! We appreciated their input. Condo could use some upgrades and a few fixes. But all in all, a nice place and I would return.

I gave an excellent rating because of the location of the unit. It’s exactly what we wanted. The unit needs some upgrades to make it more comfortable. Mattresses are in comfortable The porch furniture needs to sit higher (the unit in the left has great chairs ) to be able to see over the railing and the outside table is rusty Would like a recycling option for trash. Lots of unnecessary waste. We had a great time and would like to stay again as long as mattresses are replaced. Other than thatt we had a great time !

Location is great. Furnishing are nice and well appointed. Kitchen and Bathroom Finishes are showing their age. Dishwasher was not working but was replaced during our stay. Sweetgrass is very responsive.

The location and layout of this unit are amazing. Being able to walk right out on to the beach is priceless and makes all the difference. Having a self check-in option is such a big deal as the last thing you want to do after driving all day is make another stop. The pool is a nice size and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hose/shower station coming from the beach wasn’t working when we were there which made it difficult to remove sand from our feet.

Very easy sign up followed by emails with excellent instructions. Condo was clean and everything"as advertised". Dishwasher problem was serviced immediately. Would definitely do this again and recommend to others.

The condo is well taken care of, comfortably large and clean but does need some bathroom updates/renovations especially for the price. You can’t get a better view of the beach, it’s amazing! It’s located at the end of the complex so you are removed from any pool noise. We really enjoyed our time spent here.

We rent a place at the beach each year and this condo is up there with the best of the best! The parking is super convenient and although it is a condo complex, this unit is literally the best one in the entire building as it is on the end AND has direct access to the beach! The unit was clean (amid the Corona Virus Crisis) and completely stocked with all of the towels (NOT threadbare, very fluffy and full), bedding (including extra pillows and blankets) and clean, nice dishes! There was a community trash area on each floor (no lugging your trash to the basement) and the beach rinse off area and pool were top-notch! We are currently looking to possibly purchase a beach condo to use as a rental and I told my husband, I would buy that one, it was so nice! Summer House 101 will definitely be in our future again soon!!

Can't say enough good things about the members of your team, esp. Thomas who was so helpful. We had a problem with the heat during the unexpected snow storm and Thomas worked to find us another condo in case we needed to leave. Fortunately, we didn't have to move out and the heat pump worked. We've rented beach houses and condos for over 30 years and Sweetgrass has been the best company we've ever dealt with. The condo was clean and updated since last year.Wonderful location with easy access to the beach, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. Another wonderful winter in the Isle of Palms. Thank you, Sweetgrass.
