Having recently undergone an extensive renovation, this oceanfront villa is now back on the rental market. Located in simply one of the best areas in Wild Dunes Resort, it's the perfect vacation spot and just steps from the beach and community pool.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has it all. Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with contemporary decor, unique finishes, and pleasant beach vibes. The gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen is highlighted with modern details, beautiful cabinetry, and new appliances. The dining area, which is centered in the open floor plan, has table seating for 6 guests. The living room area offers a large flat screen TV and sectional couch, perfect for lounging and enjoying some down-time.
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom, consisting of a king size bed, TV, private bath, and ocean view balcony access. The additional two bedrooms are located on the opposite site of the condo. Bedroom two also contains a king bed, ocean view balcony, and TV. And bedroom three is equipped with one queen bed and one twin bed. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom. All of the bathrooms in the condo are set up with a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy sunrise views or evening cocktails on the spacious balcony, overlooking both the community pool and Atlantic Ocean.

The unit itself was excellent. Well furnished and well maintained inside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and there was ample living space in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The balcony provided nice views of the pool, beach and ocean, but was extremely narrow so only chairs and a small high top table can fit. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking simple meals and we made breakfast daily. The washing machine and clothes dryer worked well and the AC unit keep the temp comfortable. The amenities around the unit were sparse. The swimming pool was a good size but no life guard and the pool was very dirty. There aren't any restaurants or food service of any kind on this part of the island so come prepared with your own food. Beach access was easy and a short walk to the ocean. Overall very nice.

We had a lovely week at the beach in this beautiful condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. Everything was great. The only downside of this complex is that there is not enough parking. At times we had to park in the circle drive. Aside from that, it was a lovely week!

We loved staying at the summer House . The 3 bedrooms with 3 baths ,large kitchen ,comfy beds. ,It was all great and met our needs . The beach was beautiful . My grandson loved going to the sand bar ,he found a blue crab one day.The only problem we had was at the pool . After crabbing at night went to the pool at 9:15. 3 kids in the pool 2 -8 yr and 6 yr old .The kids were mostly swimming under water, no music, someone from the center building started screaming at the top of his lungs "get out of the pool " over and over .The pool rules stated it closed at 10pm .This guy became more aggressive with his screaming so we just left due to afraid for our safety and the children .

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. It was our first time on IOP and at Wild Dunes. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back. I also wanted to give a shout out to the management team. There were a couple of questions at the beginning of our week and they were very responsive. Thanks again!

If the uyladies like it you know it was a good choice. Only gripe was the outside windows needed to be cleaned. The unit was spacious had all the stuff in the kitchen was modern. If this doesn't sound glowing it's because I'm a guy.

The unit was very clean and set up well for 3 adult couples. The info said we could safely leave beach gear outside the entry, and that worked out well. The outdoor terrace was big enough for 4+ people, and the view was great. A great week.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. Three bedrooms and three baths are wonderful! There are plenty of places to eat inside and outside. The kitchen and appliances are great. I would only add a Keurig. But we used the coffee maker there, so it wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely stay at this beautiful property again. We would have loved to have beach towels and chairs and a wagon provided, but this will not stop us from staying here again. You’ll love it as much as we did!!

We came into town to attend a wedding in Charleston. Opted to extend the trip and get some beach time in too. Could not recommend a better place to stay in proximity to Charleston while we did not need to leave the resort, being 20 minutes away from Charleston was awesome. The condo is a perfect for 6 and beyond perfect for my family of 4. The location is awesome situated on the beach with access to a great pool could not ask for more. Furniture and amenities were nice. Will continue renting with Sweetgrass they made everything easy and the condo was impeccable when we checked in. Thank you Sweetgrass for a great trip.

Our family loved our condo. Beautifully appointed! Great bedrooms and baths. Spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities. Nice views of the beach and water. Patio furniture could be more comfortable but still pleasant. An excellent week away with perfect weather.

Enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse Condo at Wild Dunes. The oceanfront and poolside views from the balcony were amazing. The condo offered plenty of room for teenagers, grandparents and mom & dad. Elevator was a plus for luggage and grandparents. Enjoyed fishing from the shore during the evening hours and really enjoyed the wide open spaces on the beach during such a busy travel season. The close proximity to historic Charleston, its shops and amazing restaurants made our stay that much better. Can't wait to return again soon.

This was a great condo with great location - you are close to the beach and to the pool. Both of the master bedrooms had ocean views and all of the bedrooms provided ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire unit was clean upon arrival. The initial day the internet was a bit slow but I believe that might have been due to a Saturday check in and everyone connecting as it was fine the rest of the week. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very kind and helpful when booking. They could not have been more friendly. This is a beautiful property with a great location. The views are beautiful and my kids loved seeing the pool as well as the ocean. I loved both “master” rooms had ocean views. The bedrooms were much bigger than expected especially the kids room. We had plenty of room even after adding a pack n play. The 3 kids fit great in the room. The kitchen was fully stocked with items and the couch was very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was needed to clean the towels. The dryer took a long time to dry though. I didn’t rate the property 5 stars because I felt 2 of the 3 bathrooms need updating. The master bathroom was gorgeous and has a large walk in closet. But the other 2 bathrooms are small and are in need of updating and TLC. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend the unit.
