Welcome to 503 Summer House! This beautiful 2 bedroom oceanfront condominium is tucked away in the gated community of Wild Dunes - a true, serene getaway. 

The king master bedroom includes an updated en-suite and access to the oceanfront balcony, meaning you'll wake up to a view of the sea each morning. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and a twin bed and an en-suite as well, and is separated from the master by the living room, dining area, and kitchen. 

Enjoy the convenience of the community pool and pathway to the beach being just an elevator ride away. You'll also find the golf course nestled just across the road from the complex. Dining, shopping, and nightlife are all just a short car ride into the center of Isle of Palms. If you're craving a little history, take the 30 minute drive into Historic Downtown Charleston!

We enjoyed staying here for our brief girls’ trip. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and we especially loved the big porch!

You can enjoy beautiful sunrises from the balcony that faces northeast. There are two comfortable lounge chairs and a high-top table for four in the balcony. Generous sized bedrooms. Open kitchen to dining room and living area. Great location.

Isle of Palms Wild Dunes Condo

The condo was clean and very well stocked for kitchen use, the beds were very comfortable, and the close access to the beach was wonderful. The only thing that needed attention in the condo itself was the broken window blinds in the main bedroom. There was no way to shut the blinds as one panel was broken and rolled up under the bed. This is very minor, too, but the decorative window treatments in the main bedroom were quite dirty and stained. Again, not a deal-breaker, but something management might not know about. Lastly, the second building in the condo complex is being renovated, so construction noise started early and continued throughout the day. Not overwhelming but noticeable in the early morning if windows were open. Overall, it was very lovely and communication with the management company was simple.

First time renting & planning on returning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, elevator was great. The unit & the grounds were clean & well maintained. We were very happy. Note: The sliding door in the living room to the balcony wouldn’t open. We were unable to get hot water at kitchen sink.

Our unit was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. Loved having ocean views from master bedroom and living room. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of towels were supplied. Please fix the blinds in the master bedroom.

Pool was great, ocean access was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful - we loved being able to see our kids in the pool and out to the ocean at the same time!
