Our trip and experience at the Seascape villa was excellent in every way! The apartnment was perfect, clean, beuatifuly decorated and comfortable. The Parks and playground on island were great for out boy, and the new bowling was a hit! Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island at the Seascape condo. The location was perfect - the unit was very clean - it was the lower level with a covered outdoor porch where we spent most of out time when we were not at the beach. The downside, even though the view of the beach was very limited it was an easy walk along the path t other beach - the covered porch was great - from what i can tell the second floor would have a great beach / ocean view but the porches are not covered - definitely would go back - The furniture on the porch was great, the outdoor rug could use replacing

What a lovely jewel nestled in the oaks and palmettos! Both Kiawah AND this cottage are! Nicely decorated, spacious, well supplied kitchen, and the covered PORCH! It may be the VERY best! We really enjoyed our Valentines get away. We had my daughter and son-in law and 13 month granddaughter. It was just perfect for us. So close to the beach what a plus! We will definitely be staying again soon!

Excellent beach front villa! All bedrooms are roomy, kitchen has everything you'd need! Well appointed! Lovely covered porch! Easy path to beach, two different areas on the way to rinse off. Plus ALL that Kiawah has to offer......the bike paths, restaurants, shopping, uncrowded beaches, and close to Charleston!

We love the deep outside porches at Seascape and the views of the ocean which were nice even from this ground floor unit. The overhanging live oaks frame the dunes and over the dunes is a peek of the ocean. The deck is comfortably furnished with adirondack chairs and small table - no napping spot - but plenty of space to gather. The screen porch was not at all inviting - furniture placed haphazardly, rugs rolled up and beach equipment pile against the wall. That space just seemed to be neglected until summertime when it'll provide nice shade. The living room had great seating - three swivel chairs and a comfy couch were all comfortable and well constructed. All the furnishings and decor were really nice. Not a shabby seat or a dusty knick knack to be found! There were a few things we hope will be addressed before too long. Spiders - dead and alive were throughout the unit and at the front door. They bit! The mattresses in at least two of the rooms were worn enough so as to have a ridge down the middle. Comfortable apart from have to climb up a little hill to get to the middle. (We really liked having three bedrooms that were suitable for adults - no one had to sleep in a twin - great since our party was all grown ups.) The kitchen is not thoughtfully or well equipped and was quite disorganized. And there is zero space for pantry items and snacks apart from the counter top. The full size washer and dryer in the small laundry room made doing laundry a lot more enjoyable than preparing meals. as long as three bedrooms accommodates our family, we will be back to Seascape. And Sweetgrass made it easy to book and stay. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. There were 6 adults and one small grandchild and we had lots of space. The porch is great! It was so nice to walk off the porch and be on the walkway to the beach. We saw deer several times as we were heading to the beach. We loved the villa being at the end as no one was walking in front of our porch — we didn’t even lock our porch door when we went to the beach and felt completely safe. The only minor inconvenience that we had was keeping the villa as cool as we would have preferred. We set our temperature on 69 and it really never cooled down below 72-75. The only other thing that would have been nice would to have had a few more towels and washcloths and eating forks so we wouldn’t have had to wash quite as frequently. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall this is a fabulous villa and Sweetgrass Properties were great and promptly addressed any issues we had. I definitely would recommend this villa for families with children.

We loved our stay. We loved the updated interior, very comfortable and nice. The beds were SO comfortable. We wish the rental company or owners would invest in mattress covers though, because these mattresses are so wonderful, they will last longer if protected (not just by a fitted sheet). The outdoor spaces were absolutely perfect. Having extra beach chairs and boogie boards available was an extra perk. We loved the location so much with the ocean breezes and views, along with wildlife, many birds and some deer. We love 3512 Seascape!!

We love this location and the first-class condition and cleanliness of the Sweetgrass property. The furniture is especially high quality and comfortable, unlike some rather worn beach vacation spots. A couple of minor suggestions: add mattress covers, replace rusted key box that was very difficult to open and patch/paint small damage around master bedroom door. These suggestions deserve attention but we hope to return for a third visit.

This place is in such a wonderful location. You can see the ocean from this first floor space —just not the breaking waves. It has a GREAT flow about it and feels very spacious. The decor has been updated with nice flooring, clean bathrooms, and great backsplash in the kitchen. You can tell they have to fight the elements to keep things in shape, but compared to many other places they are winning the battle. Only minor issues were we couldn’t work 1 tv and the silverware could be replaced. All in all, a great deal!!!

There was plenty of room for the six of us! Short walk to the beach. We got to see deer two days and got up early and we’re able to see beautiful sunrises and a couple of turtles being rescued! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. We did have a cleaning issue that was missed but I called and it was taken care of very quickly. Looking forward to next year!

We loved our stay here. The house was nicely furnished, it was clean, and was very spacious. The back porch had a nice view of the ocean and was landscaped beautifully. Additionally, the house was only a few steps away from the beach. We highly recommend it and will probably come back again in the future.

Hadn’t been to Kiawah Island as a family for many years. This Villa was perfect for our growing family. We have two grown and married children each with a little one. This was one of the few villas with 3 bedrooms with king/queen beds. The access to the beach was close and easy for our multiple trips back & forth. Unit was clean and Sweetgrass was professional and easy to work with.
