Thoughtfully designed with a coastal, neutral aesthetic, the villa features hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with new appliances, and a sleek glass walk-in shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the sunroom fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom, while the living area includes a sleeper sofa and a convenient half bath—perfect for up to four guests. For added comfort, the villa also includes a washer and dryer, plus free WiFi.

**This property is currently for on the market for sale. There is a chance showings could be requested during your stay with us. We appreciate your cooperation and will provide at least a 24 hour notice prior to any potential showings.  Additionally, if the property is sold, this could affect our ability to honor future rentals.**

    We had a great weekend staying at 3524 Seascape. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but the villa was very clean and cozy. Will definitely return!

    Cute place for a weekend getaway. Nice short walk to the beach. Wonderful to have an extra half bathroom! My only suggestion is to bring your own pillow. The pillows supplied were fluffy but went flat with your head on it. We’d love to go back.

    Lovely unit, just as nice as the pictures! Comfortable, impeccably clean and very nice decor.. The location is ideal; 2 minutes to the beach on foot, easy biking to Freshfields. Perfect for the two of us to enjoy a week in our favorite place! Will definitely keep this property in mind when it’s just the two of us!
