We had a family reunion with 13 adults staying for a few nights in 60 Surfsong. The house layout is great and very comfortable. The view from the porch and proximity to the beach were just right. Highly recommend.

A group of friends joined me at 60 Surfsong for a weekend together. It was like staying in a luxurious tree house. There are a number of room options and all the beds are very comfortable. The three levels are well designed and beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. The house provides some pretty views of the ocean which you can see at a distance through the trees. As the house is located in walking distance from the beach, it is easy to get out for daily walks. You'll see people occasionally walking their dogs or going out for a swim, but overall, it has a very private feel. A perfect getaway from busy living. Hope you to go back again soon.

Wonderful place! With its ideal location, this house offers picture perfect ocean views, several lovely porches, comfortably sized and furnished public spaces and thoughtfully appointed private bedrooms and bathrooms. Five stars plus rating.

What a wonderful place to have a restful reunion! I was stunned by the lovely views, beach access and spacious accommodations. This house was very well-appointed with everything you could want during your get-away. Lots and lots of nooks for reading and relaxing but also great spaces for large groups and socializing. I would 100% recommend. The owner has superb taste and knows how to make a group feel welcome.

What a wonderful and restful time we had staying at 60 Surfsong. An idyllic place to gather and reminisce with family who had travelled from so far, to attend our daughter’s wedding in Charleston. The house felt like a home-away-from-home. It is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. I especially loved the Polish pottery, the store being a favorite of mine, downtown Charleston. Proximity to the beach is perfect, with a short walk along the boardwalk, accessible for my elderly mother. We also brought our surf and paddle boards and it was so easy to nip down for a quick dip and paddle in the ocean. The views from the house towards the ocean are spectacular, especially when the sun is setting and reflecting magical pink tones on the clouds. The outdoor screened porch was an ideal place to gather in the evenings. The nearby biking paths and scenic ponds meant there was something to occupy all ages, from cycling to bird watching to spotting alligators. Our family from South Africa left the States, with an unforgettable experience of Kiawah and happy memories of special family time together

What a perfect vacation! The home was amazing and the location is unbeatable. We love Kiawah so much and have been many times and we highly recommend this home and Sweetgrass Properties. We will be back!
