The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a butcher block island/breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area comfortably seats eight. The main living area is designed for relaxation, with vaulted, trussed ceilings, luxurious leather chairs, a large sofa, and expansive windows overlooking the pool. French doors lead to a furnished deck and screened porch with a table that seats four, ideal for outdoor gatherings.  The picnic table on the open pool deck is perfect for summer grilling.

The first-floor master suite is a tranquil retreat, offering a king-sized bed, a lavish private bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and direct access to the screened porch. Upstairs, a cozy den awaits with a TV, comfortable chairs, and a sleeper sofa. The three additional bedrooms include a queen bedroom with private shower bathroom, a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and private tub/shower bathroom, and another queen bedroom with private walk-in shower bathroom.

For added entertainment, there is an extra-large TV in the main living space for all your special viewing, streaming and gaming and there is a new 55" smart TV in both the second floor den area and master bedroom.  For a little fun, there is a foosball table in the game room located on the main living floor!  And for comfort, there is an outdoor shower to clean off after a sandy day at the beach, and the pool features an gas heater, allowing for warm swims in the spring and fall months. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The location on Surfscoter is perfect for accessing the beach. We also enjoyed the plunge pool very much. The house is comfortable, and fairly well equipped, although the design and decor are odd and don't seem to fit the beach environment. Overall, we had the space and location we needed for our family vacation.

The week we spent at 116 Surfscoter Lane was terrific and so close to the beach. Your home was the perfect size with four bedrooms and plenty of space for our growing family. We loved the big dining room table for our family meals that we prepared together in the kitchen! The boys enjoyed the foosball table and the plunging pool. The owners’ choices in using reclaimed antique pieces in the construction of the home and the unique furniture throughout the house was appreciated. We have been coming to Kiawah Island for nearly 15 years and found your home to be very comfortable and accommodating. We will return. Thank you!

It was our 35th anniversary and we sure did enjoy this lovely house. It was a very close walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and we loved spending quiet time on the porch. There was only one thing that could have made it just a bit better and it is not a complaint by any means. There is a small plunge pool and it was heated enough to get in but was not clean. It was not a necessity for us and we hope to be back again!!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!
