The perfect beach getaway is right at your fingertips at 107B Shipwatch in Wild Dunes Resort. This oceanside, first floor condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms with a pool and nature view.

A beach-style allure enhances the excitement of a family vacation. The open-style floor plan allows for both a large kitchen and living space, giving everyone a chance to make this space their own. The kitchen is fully equipped with well-crafted wood cabinets, bar seating, and modern appliances to compliment the accents of the area. The living room offers comfort for all, and is furnished with a sofa and chairs for the guests to enjoy the flat screen TV. The dining area, among the living space, features seating for six, making it very useful to enjoy a meal with family and friends.

The master bedroom sports a king sized bed and a flat screen TV of its own. The sizable private master bathroom presents his and her sinks along with a soaking tub and shower. And to top it off, the master allows access for the guest to step out on the oceanside balcony to take in the scenic views.

The second bedroom contains a queen bed and has a semi-private full bathroom which also has a hallway door. This room also has a balcony to itself that faces the front of the unit and a TV. The third bedroom has a new set of full size bunk beds, and a full size trundle bed, along with a private bathroom and TV.

The Shipwatch complex has a large swimming pool, observation deck, and children’s play area.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the view was perfect. I loved that the door was coded instead of needing a key. The resort is quiet, even on Labor Day weekend. The walk to the beach is super short, and the beach is big, even in high tide. We saw tons of wildlife-dolphins, star fish, sand dollars! Overall it was a wonderful weekend! I would suggest bringing a power strip-the outlets in the bedrooms are few and far between. But otherwise, a perfect vacation condo! We will be back!

Condo was just as pictured. Clean and ready at time of arrival. Great location and nicely decorated. Perfect set up for 2 families and had all the start up things we needed. Would stay again if in the area.

Everyone was so helpful! I hung up on the girl trying to give us directions because travel makes me so anxious and she still stopped by to make sure we got in okay. Someone came out at night to jump start my car and someone else another morning to do so! The only non-helpful person was in the gate house at check in. She did not come out if the gatehouse, I could barely hear her and she couldn’t tell us how to get where we were going. She just said “make a right and then another right”. Once we were settled however it was great.

We had a wonderful time visiting Wild Dunes. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were clean and well manicured. We were close to a grocery store and other restaurants so if we wanted to stay on the island, it was great.

We had a fabulous week at Shipwatch! Great location tucked away in the gated Wild Dunes community. The condo had comfortable beds and couches, great balcony furniture, and beautifully renovated bathrooms. We had 5 people total. The kids enjoyed having bunk beds, and my mom, who stayed in the queen guestroom, loved her walk-in shower. A short walk to the beach with a nice, big pool for the kids to enjoy when they were tired of the sand! Overall, we loved this renal and would love to come back in the future!!

We stayed 3 nights send only wished we could have extended our stay. The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the distance to the beach amazing. With three kids this was the best way to go. We made great memories and can’t wait to be back next year!!!

Great place! storage cabinet had a beach cart and toys. One of the bathroom fans was broken and the deadlock on the front door which made us nervous about the toddler but we didn’t call for repair and I’m sure they would have fixed it promptly if we did. Easy pool and beach access and the unit was wonderful and comfortable. We had a good time and recommend it to anyone!

We just stayed the week at IOP at Shipwatch, and we had a lovely time! Shipwatch is a really nice condo with covered parking, a beautiful pool area, and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and met our needs very well. All the rooms have nice TVs, there's a good number of games and puzzles, and books for most anyone for those times you need to have a little downtime. The washer and dryer are so nice to have, although the washer is very loud, so don't run it at bedtime! There's even a vacuum cleaner and a broom. The outdoor closet is also well-stocked for beach fun--chairs, umbrellas, toys. We didn't use most of these because we brought our own, but we appreciated that they were there and thought it was worth mentioning for anyone considering this condo. Our only issue we had was the kitchen. The kitchen is small, and it is not very well stocked to cook big meals. It does have most of the basics--plenty of dishes and silverware, measuring spoons, ice cream scoops, can opener, etc. We also found a griddle, which we used several times. Some of the cooking utensils and pots and pans just need to be updated and maybe need to be more durable, given the heavy use in a condo. It would be an easy fix, though. We are a family who really enjoys relaxing and cooking meals in the condo so we don't have to rush out to a restaurant, so this may not apply to those who prefer to go out for meals. If you do prefer to cook, you may want to bring a few extra cooking utensils and a couple of good knives along. The kitchen is perfectly fine for easy and quick meals that don't require a lot of cooking. Overall, we would definitely come back to this condo. The view over the pool and ocean beyond was so pretty, and we loved that it was on the first floor, and we could take the steps just outside our door. We would recommend it as a great place to others.

This is a beautiful, well-stocked condo. We appreciated having a sand wagon to haul our stuff to the beach, which was a quick walk past the lovely pool area. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful. Location was perfect. Maybe could use new mattress on master and 2nd bedroom beds. Could not get hot water in showers. Beside that was an amazing beautiful beachy place. Had a great family trip.

Loved our vacation. It was a delayed 80th Birthday celebration with family. Very accommodating for our 3 generations. Clean and well appointed, once I was able to get in the tall bed. Had to buy a “potty training” stool at Walmart

We enjoyed our stay and the property was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The only suggestion I would have is to potentially provide a few more items such as more dish washing detergent, kitchen items, etc. Also, in the king and queen bedroom both mattresses are starting to dip in the middle. Otherwise we had a great time. Thank you!

This lovely first floor end unit has an extra wall of windows to allow lots of natural light into the unit. It has easy elevator and stairwell access and plenty of parking. It is well maintained and the kitchen is fully stocked. The deck has ocean and pool views. with plenty of seating to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or play a game of cards. We enjoyed our stay in the unit and the customer service provided by Sweetgrass Properties. This unit is at the top of our list for a return visit.

This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Bed sizes provide a variety of options for sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is well equipped. Access to parking and pool and beach is easy. We didn't need to bring beach equipment because the closet had all we needed! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Booking, reserving and arriving at the proprty was very easy and smooth sailing! The property was spacious, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. We have all enjoyed staying here and would definitely consider staying here again! The property had pretty much everything we needed to be self sufficient, if you are a tea drinker though, bring your own kettle.

The ladies who worked with me were professional and took the time to answer any of my questions. I was very pleased with my experience in booking the condo. Even though it is a big complex it was quieter than expected. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. There are several nice restaurants within a short driving distance. The condo was clean and had anything on site we needed.
