Beautifully decorated 3bedroom 3 bathroom condo perfectly located on the beach. Had every appliance/ utensil/ products needed, including 2 beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Spent lots of time out there. Very spacious and cozy inside. Would definitely like to stay again.

Location is great right on the beach with a corner unit and great views and access. Unfortunately thru no fault of the unit, the beach erosion makes it difficult to walk long distances in either direction at high tide. Unit is in pretty good shape. If you have older guests, the master shower has a few stairs into the tub situation that's challenging for seniors. Counter space in the guest room is limited in the bath. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and the rental company was delightful to work with from booking to arrival.

Shipwatch 201A is very clean and has comfortable beds. The location within IOP is great. The booking company was extremely responsive any time I needed to contact them. The only minor downfalls are as follows- poor cell service in the condo even when connected to Wifi, no pantry (but enough room in cabinets to work with), the view of the ocean is pretty obstructed by a tree-there is just a small view of the ocean but there is a great view of the pool from inside the condo, the pool is great but closes at sunset and has no lights in it so no night swimming allowed (and our kids love to night swim!). Overall, it's a great place and we would recommend!
