To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Absolutely love Seabrook. The house was as described. Having the bikes was the best! We really enjoyed the screened in porch. I do think access to the pools should have been included. We were very comfortable and had a great time. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our vacation in Seabrook Island. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking. Loved the large outdoor porch and being able to eat dinner outside. Enjoyed having multiple TV's to be able to watch March Madness. Having multiple bikes available was great for bike rides around the island. Staff at Sweetgrass was friendly and quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. Thanks for making our vacation so relaxing!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cottage! The decor is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of charming details that made it feel special from the moment we walked in. It truly had everything we needed (and more), which made our stay incredibly easy and relaxing. Everything was spotless—honestly, clean as a whistle—which we really appreciated. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. We also loved the option to add on the golf cart as well as having access to all the bikes—it made getting around so fun and convenient. One rainy day, we ended up spending time downstairs, and the games there were perfect and such a great bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped getaway.

Absolutely loved our vacation at The Cottage at Seabrook. The home was clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear (chairs, wagons, bikes, toys) and outdoor gaming tables! Great location, easy bike ride to the beach. So much free roaming wildlife to enjoy as well

We had a great vacation at Seabrook Island. Having the golf cart available made our daily trips to the beach access points so easy! Our place was the perfect size for our family of four. We enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings and in the evenings when it was cooler. Thank you!

The unit was very nice and updated. The bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed all the amenities on the area below the house. Given the size of the house and capacity, we were very disappointed with the washer/dryer combo. It took forever to do a load of laundry and we had to take dirty clothes home. Other than that we were very happy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, updated and everything worked well. We had an issue with a drain but it was taken care of immediately. We especially enjoyed time out on the screened porch!! There were no mosquitos out there which was a huge plus. We were thrilled to have rented the LSV (golf cart). It is immaculate and provided great transportation around the island. Our grandchildren were constantly downstairs playing ping pong and foosball. Such a great use of space. And THANK YOU for providing all of the beach chairs, bicycles, and wagon. The hose was great so we could all wash off when coming in from the beach. It was a great week for our family. Thank you!

1133 Summerwind is a spotless and well appointed unit. The interior was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bunk bed room also had a brand new pack and play, baby tub, and baby base high chair. The screened in porch would be a great place to enjoy a meal or watch tv. Our visit was during the cold snap and snowstorm so no porch time! Beach bikes, beach chairs, wagon, golf cart, the list goes on. The owners have thought of everything. And most of it seemed brand new. We had 6 adults and hot water ran low during several showers. Also the washer/dryer one unit combo took lots of time to complete one small load. Sweetgrass was so responsive to any questions or needs we had.

My wife and I decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Seabrook Island. We booked this cottage, and I’m sure glad we did. This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The owner is to be commended for the attention to details in regards to the home’s amenities. The kitchen was outfitted with ever thing needed. The owner even provides high quality beach chairs, cooler, and buggy. The master bedroom is extremely comfortable, and the master bath shower is excellent. We will definitely be returning to this unit again in the future.

Our stay at this Summerwind Cottage was absolutely incredible! The house itself was not only spacious, but beautifully and professionally decorated in a calming palette of blues and whites. My mother-in-law loved it so much, she even asked for the wall paint color (Marilyn's Dress, for anyone curious!) to bring a bit of the beach house charm back home with her. The kitchen was a highlight, especially the gorgeous island, and the furniture throughout the house was perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The house offered plenty of living spaces, including a huge screened-in porch with another dining area and comfy seating. The downstairs game area was a hit, with a ping pong table, foosball, and cornhole. We never ran out of things to do! The owners truly thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved cruising around in the new six-seater golf cart with its Bluetooth sound system. The house was also well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed, including a coffee maker that brews by the pot or individual cup, a frother, a Ninja blender, and a Ninja air fryer! Not only that, but the owners also stocked the house with all the beach gear we needed, including bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler. We were also really impressed with the convenient placement of outlets, USB ports, and fan/lighting controls, as well as the thoughtful extras like charging cables, batteries, and a drink stand for the couch. They truly thought of everything. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We can't wait to return!
