    Only complaint was that the television in the bedroom was too small. The garbage disposal didn't work, but the maintenance man was there on time and fixed the issue.

    What this property does, it does well. It is certainly lacking in some areas, none of which are really baseline requirements. For instance, beach towels and beach chairs are not included. Beach chairs can be rented at the beach for 10 a day and they’re pretty old and rickety. Beach towels are 5 to rent. No board games in the house to play on a rainy day, and it’s a rainy area. All these things go a long way to making the stay memorable. Nevertheless, the property was clean and tidy. The patio was nice to sit on and has a ceiling fan and light. The kitchen was fine - I don’t love electric burners, but they got the job done. For a property that isn’t really close to any restaurants except one shopping plaza about 3.5 miles away, I think the kitchen should offer a bit more. Finally, late check out and early check in is available, for a fee. And not a very small one. The neighborhood was fine. Quiet. The beach was great. Clean and not crowded at all. Lots of good golf in the area. This property still deserves five stars because our stay went smoothly and everything was as described. You won’t be disappointed as long as you keep your expectations within the four corners of the listing.

    We were very happy with this villa. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. It's tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, comfortable couches and a spacious screened in porch to enjoy the pretty view of the lagoon. The villa was an easy bike ride and walk to the beach. It is also a short bike ride to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel. Sitting outside having a drink at The Sanctuary's Ryder Cup Bar offers beautiful views! Sweetgrass Properties was very nice and easy to work with. We liked this property so much we have already booked it again for next year!

    We very much enjoyed our recent stay at 5556 Turtle Cove. It was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. I enjoyed taking the short walk to Turtle Point Golf course, while my wife took a short bike ride to the beach. We will definitely visit this condo, and Kiawah again soon.

    This place is spacious, well decorated and convenient! My husband and I stayed 3 nights. Plenty of space, big bedroom, bathroom and living room with very comfortable couch. We didn't cook at all so no opinions on that but there was a pantry and icemaker but of which came in handy. I would definitely stay here again!

    Everything was clean and as advertised. One thing to note is that you should expect to bring your own toiletries. Additionally, this unit was tricky to find for us. The map directions lead us to a villa one street over.

    Very cute apartment on the second floor with a little balcony overlooking a pond. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, it’s roomy and lovely furnished. It’s a quiet neighborhood. When the stove wasn’t working properly they immediately send someone out to fix it. I’d absolutely stay there again!

    Needed a quiet and relaxing long weekend to slip away from the stressers of normal life. This was it!! The condo is nestledby a huge live oak tree (almost felt like we were staying in a tree house)! We spent most of our time exploring the island by bikes, eating great food at several of the restaurants on St. John's Island, and hanging out on our screened porch overlooking the lagoon, with a glass of wine in hand. It was magical. Thanks so much for a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place to unwind. We will be back!

    Our stay in Turtle Cove was an absolute dream! The space itself is somehow even nicer than the photos. It was an ample amount of space to fit two people comfortably. The unit is on the second floor, to keep in mind if someone can’t do stairs. BUT because of this we had a gorgeous aerial view of the lagoon from out on the back porch. It’s located in a neighborhood, but we saw more alligators in our lagoon than we saw neighbors — even in the summer!! The back porch is screened in to keep the bugs out and a there’s a ceiling fan in there to keep you cool. We really enjoyed staying back there, whether it be for morning coffee or dinners watching the sun go down. It’s less than a 10 minute scenic walk to the beach, also easily done on bikes. They also had linens, towels, and a starter amount of toiletries for us. There was a fully equipped kitchen for us to use, and the bed and couches were comfy. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and forget renting again, I want to move in!!!

    Great place! Clean and beautiful view. Had an issue with a TV app and asked for assistance. They sent a tech guy asap. Found out a previous renter did not log off from the app! Solution found! We saw herons, ducks and of course gators. Will look for this unit in the future.
