Overall

I cannot say enough about this lovely condo. We loved everything. The location was ideal to everything on the island. Short walk to The Nest for yummy breakfasts and lunches. The home is so charming and warm. The outdoor decks facing the ocean are amazing with a super short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything that you could want and all the rooms were cozy and comfy. We had such a lovely stay here! Cannot wait to return!

Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Impressed by the condo’s decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to prep meals. Sweetgrass staff also so very helpful and wonderful. We loved it so much we extended our stay!

Overall

This 3 bedroom condo is spectacular. The unit is fully upgraded with a very large living room. All appliances, including washer dryer are top of the line and new. The 3 balconies, all over looking the ocean are a good size. The master bedroom bathroom is massive. We've been coming to Kiawah for over 25 years and this is the nicest unit we've ever stayed in. We intend to come back.

Overall

We enjoyed our stay at 4456 Windswept. We rented it mostly for the view, and it did not disappoint! The kitchen could be updated a bit, but that didn't cause any real problem. The oven seemed to be having trouble pre-heating. I didn't see the leaving instructions until we left, I was offline as much as I could be on the vacation, and the email came on Thursday of the week we stayed.

Overall

This condo was very comfortable for the needs of three couples, right on the ocean. Each bedroom had a patio and lovely view of the ocean, and its own bathroom. The kitchen was very small and the unit and the Windswept building in general are dated and in need of refreshing. Despite this, we had a great time. Sweetgrass Properties was very accommodating and very easy to work with.

The condo is lovely. We enjoyed having a private bath for each bedroom. Balconies were great to sit on and watch the birds and beach goers. The kitchen is small and needs updating, but perfectly adequate for our needs. We have already booked our visit for next year.
