The open floor plan features a renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. The dining nook, adorned with a unique chandelier, comfortably seats six for memorable meals.

The condo features two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The primary suite is a luxurious retreat, complete with a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bath that includes dual sinks and a generously sized walk-in rain-shower with frameless glass. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The Windswept Villas are centrally located in the golf resort, just a short stroll from both the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park. Explore the island via the many scenic bike trails or indulge in world-class golf and tennis. Enjoy local shopping at Freshfields Village or head to Bohicket Marina for a day of fishing or boating on the water. For those seeking a bit more adventure, historic Charleston, with its incredible restaurants and tours, is only a 40-minute drive away!

 **An improvement project to replace the east stair tower at Windswept Building 4 (units 4437–4465) will take place from January– mid May 2026. Daytime construction activity may be noticeable nearby, though no work will occur inside the unit.**  

**During the off season months, many regimes and complexes complete renovation projects, general maintenance, and building repairs. If there are concerns about how any nearby work might impact your vacation, please inquire with our team as schedules can vary weekly by scale and area.**

    Beautiful location, enough space for a family of 4 (with two little ones). It is closer to the beach than the pictures indicate. We were able to setup our tent in the morning and have lunch in the condo. We will definitely be back.

    We enjoyed our week on Kiawah. This condo was a great location to enjoy a week on the beach and we loved the relaxing views and sounds of the ocean. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the WiFi (slow) and the dishware was a bit sparse and chipped.

    This was a wonderfully decorated condo with spectacular views! Everything inside was amazingly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Sweetgrass Properties also provides extra options for check-in and check-out, which made this trip even better. They were wonderful to work with and very responsive. I cannot wait for my next trip.

    Beautiful condo and location. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. The condo was decorated very nicely, had lovely views and has everything needed including extra blankets. The only item we could not find was pot holders? Highly recommend.

    We enjoyed our month so much. Our place was perfect and comfortable . We love Sweetgrass and working with Paige. Always great service and so helpful. Love Kiawah so much for rest and relaxation.

    Great location! Walking distance to the Sanctuary & The Nest, great market/cafe to keep everyone fed and hydrated. Unit itself feels larger due to the vaulted ceilings. Updated nicely and equipped well. We will be back!

    Any way possible to keep this unit a well-kept secret ?!! We had an outstanding stay here and could not have asked for more. Only a very minor issue (and it's on us) with signing into the Wifi...only reason I am mentioning this to to give a shout out to Sweetgrass Properties, as they promptly reached out to us and helped with a resolution, and this was on a Saturday evening.
