The Night Heron Park and the Spa and Shops at The Sanctuary are all just a short 5 minute walk from the front door. Not to mention, the beach is right out your back door!

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with updated and beautiful furnishings. There are ocean views from almost every room! The living room has a mounted flat screen TV and comfortable couches to rest on after a long day on the beach. From the living room, take a step onto the private balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. Moving into the dining area, the table seats 6 guests and is located right by the fully updated and equipped kitchen. Modern luxury extends in this room, which contains custom cabinetry with open faced shelves, tile backsplash, as well as gorgeous granite countertops.

The first bedroom is on the this floor which has a king bed, and semi-private bathroom that does open to the hallway. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, there is a king bed and also, in the hallway there is a sofabed for additional guests. The third floor, only 4 steps up, contains a full-size (or double) bed. There is a large shared bathroom for all guests to use.

Getting to the ocean is simple since the beach boardwalk is right outside your door! You can access the beach at Boardwalk 21.

Great location. Would suggest a ceiling fan in the master bedroom along with a tv. Little wear and tear needs some TLC. On the whole would rent it again.

Location 5/5! Love ocean front view and mini deck. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Kitchen updated, but an under-cabinet light didn't work. Condo on top of Windswept with direct sunlight to top bedrooms. Adults staying those rooms really struggled due to hot environment and AC not reaching second floor (we kept temperature set at 68 degree's). We brought three fans (luckily) which helped some, but that area needs its own AC unit. Would rent again.

Location is perfect for beach, biking, walking. Spectacular views. Sweetgrass rentals is very easy to use, good app, follow up. Unit was clean upon arrival. The negative is simply that the unit is really in need of an update: needs fresh paint throughout, windows and screens all need replacing, living room furniture cleaned or replaced.

It was a lovely experience. Beds were wonderful. Only negative was the key box was too low for older adults to see and open. Really could have used a handicap ramp to elevator. Look forward to coming again in the future.

This condo was very pretty, loved the decor. We had some minor issues. The 3rd bed was not a queen, but a full size. We had two couples, and three adult cousins and two kings, and two full sized beds including the sofa bed, so one actually slept on the floor on sofa cushions. The sofa bed was also not able to lie flat. The frying pans were rather beat up, and we could have used more dishes and silverware, so as to not wash dishes for every meal. And the dryer was very squeaky. BUT, it was comfy for the most part, loved the living room furniture, and the nice big dining table. And the VIEW, of course, was fabulous. It was great to be oceanfront, and just walk back for a quick lunch, and head back to the beach. We all had a great time, and despite the items above, we would come back.

Our experience with Sweetgrass was great. I was very nervous to come on a vacation with Covid 19. Our unit was clean! The liens were soft, the towels were soft! The bedroom was a good size. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. The VIEW WAS AMAZING! We loved the contactless check in and out and the option to have extra towels. We really enjoyed our trip!

The condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable, but has a few things the owner needs to fix: > the shower tap in the upstairs bath is really wonky and hard to regulate and turn off >the deadbolt lock is very hard to lock and unlock with the key (especially the keychain, vs. lockbox, key >several screens have holes (largest on the balcony door) >one of the windows in the main floor bedroom is broken >we couldn't find a broom or dustpan anywhere!! -- would be really handy! > the new hide-a-bed was not fully unpacked (there were massive amounts of tape and plastic ties to be removed in order to pull out the bed) -- and even more important -- it wasn't made up, and there was no bedding that we could find to fit it. Your housekeeper did deliver a set of sheets, but there was no mattress pad or comforter for that size bed, so my daughter did without for 6 nights -- a first world problem for sure, but still! As I said, these are all minor and we had a great time, but for the nightly cost, I believe these items should be taken care of.

Our stay was perfect. We woke up to sounds of the surf and enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the dining area. Afternoon walks on the beach were romantic and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Exactly as advertised. Clean, we’ll maintained, everything we needed. Great location and amazing view. Only thing that I’d suggest is that most of the other units have access to storage areas on the ground floor for beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc. There is a designated storage spot for this unit, but we did not have access to it. Had to haul all of the sandy beach toys up to the 4th floor and leave outside. Still think the place was great and worth 5 stars, that’s just the only complaint we had

The property was more than lovely and more than expected. Nicely appointed and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Great balcony to enjoy the beach view. Two rooms have beach views. Convenient elevator. Beds and pillows comfortable. Games and books available for use. We have been going to Kiawah off and on for 30 years. Nicest condo we have stayed in. One suggestion - place comfy sitting chairs in King bedroom on 2nd floor and also in 2nd floor sitting area. Difficult to get away and read unless one lays in bed.
