This was our 11th time vacationing on Kiawah and again we enjoyed it (except for the last two days of rain which we know you can't control!). Our condo unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils. One suggestion: we initially struggled trying to figure out how to use the two remotes on the tv. Finally figured it out. It would be better if you left SPECIFIC written instructions to guests on how to better utilize them.

The unit has the most beautiful View! We enjoyed sitting on the two porches and enjoying the ocean. We have reserved the unit for next year. Sweet grass is so easy to work with and responsive to all calls. Looking forward to next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Windswept and loved the location on the property.Our unit worked out great for the three of us and would highly recommend this unit to others. The kitchen had everything we needed except a microwave, but it did have a convection oven that probably could be used, but didn't know how to work it.The building was very quiet and the parking lot always had spaces available.The unit was very spacious.Thank you for making our visit to Kiawah perfect!

The unit was very clean. Neutral and conservative decorating (for an oceanfront condo, I'd probably go a little more vibrant). We loved sitting out on the balcony - a continuous breeze kept it so comfortable. Being on the first floor (it IS raised a level so it’s more like the second floor), the dune's growth hides the beach but you can see the ocean. The benefit of being close to the ground and dunes - we saw wildlife up close...deer, armadillo, beautiful birds. Kitchen was well-stocked; as a previous reviewer said, it even had a coffee grinder which we used. The only thing we noticed was missing were kitchen towels - dishcloths were provided but no towels. Oh, and our bartender (aka my husband :) noticed that there was not any kind of shotglass/measuring tool for liquor. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - enough for the week. One hairdryer in Master Bath. As for the unit itself, I wish architects would divide the bedrooms a little more equally - the master bedroom was large with a very large bathroom; the 2nd bedroom and bath in the back were a lot smaller and darker (again - vibrant "beachy" colors would help). That set-up is fine for a family with kids but when two couples rent the unit, one definitely gets a lesser room. We were surprised when an exterminator crew showed up midweek to spray the condo…we happened to be in the condo at that moment so asked them to wait till our week was over, which they did. We understand the need for that service…just wish it could be done in between tenants. Sweetgrass quickly and efficiently responded to questions/comments. We would have no hesitation using them again!

We have stayed in this condo complex before and haven't always had the best of luck with cleanliness but this condo was a wonderful surprise!! It was a perfect location, lots of outdoor balcony space and its was very well thought out. We own vacation rentals of our own and realize the struggles with housekeeping and maintenance. Sweetgrass Properties gets our vote as the best on Kiawah so far!!!

Great 2 bedroom on the ocean with ocean views. The elevated first floor villa has a great view of the ocean. Everything was spotless. The second bathroom is not as nice as the master bathroom, but since only one person was in that bedroom and bathroom, that worked. Water pressure was good, which is important to us. We didn’t use the kitchen much on our short trip. The freezer door is a little wonky, but we didn’t use the freezer much. The managing company was organized, we got our instructions which were clear, and overall, the trip was great. Would definitely stay here again, but I noticed that it’s already booked for next year.
