Designed to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, the villa features two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. After a day on the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area with a large TV, or step outside to enjoy the ocean breeze from one of two private decks. The covered deck off the living room and the separate sun deck off the primary bedroom both offer beautiful views, and the outdoor dining table provides the perfect spot for meals with the sound of the waves in the background.  Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, elevator access in the building, and an outdoor storage area ideal for beach chairs, buckets, and sandy shoes.

Centrally located in East Beach Village, you’ll be minutes from Night Heron Park, The Nest, The Sanctuary Hotel, and Turtle Point Golf Course, with easy access to Kiawah’s miles and miles of scenic bike trails. Known for its pristine 10-mile beach, abundant wildlife, and world-class golf, Kiawah Island offers the ultimate Lowcountry getaway.
