This home was PERFECT for our family. What we loved: location with sunset views, equipped with everything you would need, hot tub/pool set up, peaceful location, equitable bedrooms (all king beds /3 FB), easy walk to beach and easy parking when we drove with chairs etc, dinners on the porch watching sunset. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. The views of the water and golf course were fantastic! We enjoyed the newly added hot tub and spacious living area. We watched the sun go down in the chairs around the fire pit. There were four king beds so plenty of sleeping space. The home was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

This is a wonderful house looking out onto the Intercoastal. On the back deck you can enjoy a quiet morning while drinking a cup of coffee. The pool and outdoor living area are a great place to spend the day enjoying the weather and family time. And it’s just a short walk to the beach or park on 29th street. The house is well appointed and has plenty of space for our family of 6. We will rent this house every time we go back to Charleston.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, the pool and outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed watching the golfers behind the property as well as lovely sunsets in the evening over the waterway. The only bit of feedback I think that could improve your next visitor’s stay would be to consider adding some blinds or thicker curtains to the main level master bedroom. The curtains are sheer and the outside pool and landscape lighting shine directly into the room making it difficult to sleep, and while the morning light is pretty, we weren’t prepared to wake up with the sun every day on vacation. It’s very bright without any way to block it. Also it would have been nice for people flying in like us and unable to bring beach chairs/ beach gear and even pool gear/toys to have a few things on hand. We had to rent beach gear and for the price of the home rental I felt like that should have been included. All in all it was a lovely week and lovely home, and we would definitely consider coming back someday.

The house is gorgeous! The pool and seating area around the pool is stunning, very well designed with beautiful lights in the pool, hammocks, pool water loungers and wonderful screened porch overlooking the pool, so relaxing in the evening. Also - a fenced in grassy area that is perfect for kids and dogs. Golf course right there. 5 mins walk to beach. House is high end with all the items in the kitchen that you would ever need. bedrooms are lovely, bathrooms modern and perfect. This house is fab. We would book again 100%

If you want to be wowed rent this beautiful home on Isle of palms! Me and my family can’t say enough about this property. This home is immaculate and so well done. You can’t ask for a better location and the pool is absolutely gorgeous! We are here for our daughters wedding week and this house has exceeded our expectation! The beautiful remodeled bathroom on the main level was perfect for our parents who need a walk in shower. We can go on and on about this properly so if you’re looking for an awesome, beautiful, comfortable home to rent, this is the home for you!!! We will definitely be back!!

We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay at 3101 Waterway. Home has huge screen porch that looks out onto the golf course & intercostal with amazing views. It has an updated & well appointed kitchen for all your cooking needs. We appreciated that the furniture in living room was very comfortable as well as all the beds for our family ages 20 -75yrs. It is also well stocked with games & books & dvd’s. We loved being able to bring our dog & he had a such great time in the fenced back yard or running the golf course after hours. Location is really easy to to get to Grocery & we rented a golf cart which was nice to drive to beach & marina. Thank you for a wonderful stay in our favorite place IOP! We came last month for our 10th visit to the island! Our family really loved this home. The space was very open and bright and the views were beautiful. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and our Happy Hour cocktails! We were able to rent some bikes locally to get around the island and over to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!
