We had an absolute blast on our vacation at 77 Governor's Drive! The house was perfect for our family of five plus one friend—plenty of space and a great layout. After long days at the beach, the private pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Groceries Ahead feature turned out to be clutch—everything was waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the gas grill made evening cookouts a breeze. The only minor disappointments were the pool basketball hoop, which was hanging on by a thread and eventually broke (a bummer for the kids), and the lack of a TV in the bunk bed room. But those were small issues in an otherwise fantastic stay. The location was great—close enough to Charleston for ghost tours and escape rooms, and the Kiawah beaches were clean, family-friendly, and not crowded at all. We loved the area and the home, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great house! I’ve never been in a rental with such a well stocked kitchen (oven needs cleaning though). Was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. Extremely comfortable living room with seating for everyone to gather and watch tv at night. Easy 10 minute bike ride to the beach. They could clean up the pool area by putting toys in the garage for the winter. Would rent again.

We loved staying at 77 Wax Myrtle. The design of the house and the pool was great for our family. The house was clean, decorated well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was quiet and near the marsh lookout tower which we enjoyed. We will definitely rent here again.

We had a fantastic time here over Thanksgiving. Kitchen is very well stocked and the house is very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The home and pool were beautiful and well appointed. The only issue related to the AC at the home. The primary living space was oddly always too warm or too cold, which is manageable at least. The bigger issue was that it was very hot in the primary bedroom no matter what the AC was doing in the rest of the home. This issue must have been going on for a while because there are box fans randomly scattered in that part of the house. The only king bed in the house is in that room. Seems like a lot to pay to be hot every night. Would definitely return after the AC issues are resolved though because it is a great house.
