Make your stay at our Charleston Coast vacation rentals stress-free by planning ahead. This guide outlines what is provided in our beach vacation rentals and what additional travel essentials you should consider bringing along.

Essentials Provided by Sweetgrass Properties

Our vacation rentals on the Charleston Coast are equipped with the basic necessities to start your beach vacation:

  • Linens & Towels: Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

  • Starter Supplies: To help you settle in, each bathroom we provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hairdryer (at least one per home). Each kitchen will have a small box of dish detergent powder, a small liquid dish soap, a small box of laundry detergent powder, a cleaning sponge, salt & pepper and trash bags.  We also provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but, like the soaps and detergents, these are not replenished during your visit so you may want to plan to bring extra of each item if you are staying more than a couple of days. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Please Note: The starter supply items are provided to help get you through your first day. You may need additional items for longer stays in our coastal vacation rentals. There are grocery and convenience stores nearby!
