Make your stay at our Charleston Coast vacation rentals stress-free by planning ahead. This guide outlines what is provided in our beach vacation rentals and what additional travel essentials you should consider bringing along.

Essentials Provided by Sweetgrass Properties

Our vacation rentals on the Charleston Coast are equipped with the basic necessities to start your beach vacation:

  • Linens & Towels: Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, and a bath mat.
  • Provided Supplies:  We do provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hairdryer (at least one per property). Each kitchen will have dish detergent pods, liquid dish soap, laundry detergent pods, a cleaning sponge, salt & pepper and trash bags.
  • Starter Supplies: Includes a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, and a small coffee pack with condiments.

Please Note: The starter supply items are provided to help get you through your first day. You may need additional items for longer stays in our coastal vacation rentals. There are grocery and convenience stores nearby!
