Main Level
The first floor features three bedrooms and bathrooms, the main kitchen, two living rooms, a dining area, and a laundry room. This home was perfect for our family beach vacation and competitively priced! Very well maintained and spotless upon arrival. Great layout for our group as each room was spacious and had its own bathroom. Perfect for young children. We greatly appreciated the child proofing especially around the pool. We rented bikes to get to and from the beach which was only a 5 minute bike ride on a shaded path. Fully stocked kitchen had everything you could need and more. Plenty of tables for hosting meals at house. Working TVs in every room for kiddos and downtime. The kids especially enjoyed the upstairs living room. Amazon orders came directly to house which I know is a necessity for some.

I wanted to find a special place to gather my family. I found one on Turnberry Drive. There was plenty of room for 12 of us. Of course, Kiawah Island has always been dear to my heart. My family had a wonderful time and we will have many good memories.

The place was great! We had a couple of requests while there -- pool cleaning, additional set of sheets, wifi issue -- and Sweetgrass was very responsive. We'll be in touch for our 6th five-year wedding anniversary family celebration in 2029.

Our family enjoyed the spacious and well appointed house. The house was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed spending time on the back porch throughout the day. The kitchen is well equipped for our large extended family. The pool was just large enough for our younger members to enjoy and the hot tub was a great adult added bonus.

The home is beautiful and spacious! They have a wonderful equipped kitchen, private bath for every bedroom, wonderful deck, screened porch, grills, heated pool and hot tub. It is very clean and comfortable!! We would highly recommend this home and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful house with a TON of space even with a large group! The pool was safe for our children but also a lifesaver to let them be able to enjoy multiple times a day during the hot summer days. Beach is just a short bike ride away. The home was well-stocked with pretty much anything you needed besides your own food and comforts from home. Looking forward to finding another time to visit!

The family had another great vacation at 127 Turnberry. The house is perfect for its size and multiple TV rooms for the kids. The new pool and outdoor fireplace made it hard to find a reason to leave the house. The kids absolutely love the pool and the hot tub was excellent for the parents. The screen in porch with the fireplace was a fantastic place to enjoy a glass of wine after the small ones went to bed. Thanks again for amazing stay and continuing to invest in the property.
