Seabrook STR Permit #: STR25-000456

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Great House for a Family Vacation!

Our family of 13 stayed this past week and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. We leveraged all 6 bedrooms with a small child in a crib in one of the closets. And it worked perfectly. We also rented the owner's LSV and the family loved it. We will stay here again. The only small compliant we had was that for a house this size, there should be 2 large trash cans. When we arrived, both trash containers were completely full and when we left, we left both trash containers full. It can leave a bad taste at the start of a vacation when you have no place to put the trash. But we quickly got over this and had a fantastic stay.

I’m not good at writing reviews but here we go…The house was so clean, of course it’s fairly new, and was incredibly comfortable for our family of nine. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch to watch TV and listen to the rain. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. Having the extra refrigerator and sink in the Butler’s pantry was definitely a plus. A word of caution when cooking though, use the vent over the oven!. The smoke detectors are very sensitive and went off twice when we were cooking. Oh, and coffee makers-there is both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig.

This house is perfect for family groups! The house is new, beautifully furnished, conveniently designed and located in a neighborhood close to the main security gate, beach access and dining options. The large kitchen easily accommodates meal prep and storage. We enjoyed the screened porch, especially being able to dine outside. We would definitely consider another stay in this house!

Beautiful and spacious home on Seabrook Island. Our group made last minute arrangements for our annual cycling trip which normally takes place in the Western Carolina mountains. We were very fortunate to find this beautiful home available with enough bedrooms and a large kitchen. Home is new and provides plenty of living and entertaining space for a medium sized group, a large family or extended family. Our only criticism relates to some important kitchen items (measuring cups/spoons) that seemed to be lacking. Our group prepared all meals during the week and really counted on a well equipped kitchen. Home also provides a small assortment of beach items as well as a 6 seat golf cart as an optional rental. Island Amenity cards are also included which we took advantage of for golf and a visit to the Beach Club. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The home was extremely clean and the furnishings were beautiful. In addition sweetgrass property manager was extremely responsive whenever we had an issue. For example on the first morning we realized the coffee maker was not working. They had a new coffee maker for us in a couple of hours. We had a group of 12 people staying at the property and one in our party had mobility issues. The ability to use the elevator was absolutely necessary and was one of the reasons we rented this property. It worked well once we got the hang of how to manage the doors of the elevator. Even with 12 people sharing the space all the couples had an ability to retreat to their own bedroom/bathrooms. We all found the bedding quite comfortable too. I would be happy to stay at this property again if we return to Seabrook for another gathering.
