To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

This was our first visit to Seabrook, but will not be our last. The whole neighborhood was beautiful and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to have a small pool right next to the house, and the beach was a 12 min walk at most. The house was loaded with beach supplies (chairs, toys, beach carts, etc.), and lots of board games. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding around the island loop and over to the Beach club for the bigger pool (access was included with the property) and dinner at Pelican's Nest. There were only 4 of us, so we were very comfortable. While there are beds for 12ish, it may have started feeling cramped with that many people, but would still be fine with 8-9. The house had more storage than most places we've stayed and everything was in good working order. Also, while I did not need them, this was the first AirBnB ever to have a set of tools available in case there was any issue, amazing! Would highly recommend and hope to return again.

Loved this Sealoft. My family and I stayed for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. Close to the beach and close to the Sealoft pool. Only complaint is the shower in the King sized bedroom downstairs is tiny!! Great shower head just small space. Definitely didn’t interfere at all with our stay. Perfect place in Seabrook!

The Sealoft Villa was very nice and Seabrook Island is beautiful place. Villa was clean with a spacious living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Deck and windows overlook a grassy area with is a golf course in the distance and faces west for beautiful sunsets, there are deer outside in the morning. Swimming pool is right outside the villa.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Seabrook accommodation. Close to beaches(walking distance), close to the Seabrook Island Club and amenities, nice community pool as well. Lovely decor, clean and neat, and very well appointed for cooking and creature comforts. Thank you for making this a special vacation home retreat! We loved riding bikes around the island, visiting fantastic restaurants and taking in the culture. Star gazing on the deck was a lovely bonus. We highly recommend SL919 Sealoft!
