Nestled in the charming Village at Turtle Beach neighborhood, 10 Atlantic Beach offers the perfect blend of island tranquility and convenience. Just 75 yards from the beach, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing Kiawah getaway. The neighborhood is full of charm, featuring white picket fences, tree-lined streets, and a central courtyard with a gazebo.
Step onto the large rocking chair front porch and enjoy views of the beautifully wooded surroundings. Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, granite countertops, and an open, family-friendly layout. The main living area offers plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and a flowing space perfect for gathering with loved ones.

Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and access to a screened porch. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and shares a bathroom with the living area. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy sitting area and two additional bedrooms: one with a twin-over-full bunk bed, private balcony, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bath, perfect for kids, and another with a king bed, private balcony, luxurious en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus a twin sofa sleeper for extra guests.

Enjoy outdoor living with multiple spaces, including a large screened-in back porch and a gas grill. The community pool is just a short five-minute walk or bike ride along the sidewalks, and the golf cart path behind the home leads directly to the beach!

10 Atlantic Beach is more than a home—it’s a perfect island retreat where comfort, convenience, and charm come together.

The house is very nice but has a few worn areas. you can't go wrong if a 2 minute walk to the beach is the priority. the kitched is well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. beds are comfy. furniture is nice and very comfortable also. will certainly consider for our next stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 10 Atlantic Beach. The kitchen is well-supplied - very nice coffee maker, blender, and toaster! larger coffee cups would be nice but not a deal-breaker. more than 1 dish towel would have been helpful. The beds are very comfortable, good room size, and so close to the beach! We had a great time!

So happy to have found a house with spacious first and second floor masters along with two other bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It's stocked kitchen appliances are important here on Kiawah where the only close restaurants and stores are a 10-15 minute drive to Freshfields. It was also important to us to be close to the beach and the reviews are not lying when they say it's a two minute walk...I might even say one. This is a fantastic location with mature trees and foliage making the house seem very private AND very close to the beach. Pictures are true to form...might even say the bedrooms are larger than they appear online!

It was a great house. The onluy comment i have is that there wern't any instructions on how to use the living room tv. There were 3 remotes without any clear directions as to what each on did. Other than that the house was great. Looking forward to next year.

Loved the location, comfortable and efficient layout, arrary and quality of furnishings including: multiple TVs, large and small appliances, dinner and glassware, cooking and serving utensils. Anything we needed was there, and the service people were very responsive. Great beach access and central location allowed for great long walks in either direction. Would definitely recommend this home for a lovely Kiawah vacation.

We were surprised and delighted to find that out the back porch door we were just steps to the beach. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and serve meals for all . There were chairs to seat literally 20 people around tables inside and then six or more on the screened porch! We loved the swing and rocking chairs on the front porch, too. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!!

After some complications at our original booking, we were moved to this location and it was beyond our expectations. It’s a cute cottage, inviting and has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked, rooms are spacious, the front and back porch are enjoyable. The best part of the home is that it’s a two minute walk to the beach. That made our trip even better. We would love to come back and stay in this house.
