We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation for the third year in a row. The location is perfect; the view over the lagoon and golf course incredible!! We were pleased with the addition of soaps and kitchen towels in the kitchen and body wash and shampoos in the baths.

We have returned to this house for the second year. It offers us a grand setting for our family's July vacation on Kiawah Island. The house accommodates us perfectly with lots of room to socialize, or to sneak away for some quiet time if needed. The pool is perfect for anytime of the day; the kids love it!! The setting is beautiful. The views over Canvasback Pond are incredible anytime of the day!! Easy access to the beach. We will come back again.

Home was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of privacy for our young adult sons. The pool and spa were lovely to relax after a day at the beach. Our family enjoys the pool table as well. The washing machine and dishwasher are a bit temperamental.

We had a wonderful time at this BEAUTIFUL home. Perfect set up for spending a lot of time outdoors! While half of our group were gone golfing it was so nice for the rest to hang out at this home. Also, you can bike anywhere on the island and it is never too far. This home is truly special-layout, design, furnishings, location, pool, outdoor space-everything!

Sweetgrass Properties is so good to work with. Anything that arose during our stay, they were quick to fix the situation. We have been coming to Kiawah Island twice a year for the last 6 years. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The home was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the layout worked great for our family and we really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and pool/hot tub. It is in a great location on the island with a beautiful view.

This is a beautiful home with lots of amenities. We enjoyed everything about this home from the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, time spent playing ping pong and pool, and swimming in the private pool. I contacted the team several times before our stay and they got back to me within an hour or two and were very helpful! Kiawah Island is BEAUTIFUL! It felt like you were staying on a secluded little island. The house was so gorgeous and very clean as well. Super impressed! We had a nice time! We also rented a crib and high chair for my niece which was there when we arrived.
