This spacious 5-bedroom home overlooks the 14th hole of Osprey Point Golf Course and offers everything you need for an unforgettable Kiawah Island stay. Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Gather around the large flat-screen TV, share meals at the 10-seat dining table, or prepare something special in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Each of the five bedrooms includes a private bath — with two king suites (one on each floor), two queen rooms, and a twin room perfect for kids or guests.

**Please note: The pool is fully accessible from several areas of the home and is not suitable for children who cannot swim. The shallow end is approximately 4.5 feet deep, and the pool stretches an impressive 20 yards in length.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at 162 Bluebill Court. Beautiful home that appeared to be recently renovated. Lovely pool in the back yard. Very comfortably slept our family of 9. 4 minute bike ride to beach and 12 minute walk to beach. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation staying at Bluebill Ct. This house is so beautifully appointed and it’s unusual that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom! We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, the pool, proximity to the beach, and the chef’s kitchen. It was truly a joy to come back to the house each day.

This is our second year in a row at 162 Bluebill. The microwave didn't work at all, but sweetgrass provided a new microwave until the built in could be fixed. Having said all that, we are a family that has rented in Kiawah for over 25 years and expect issues with properties that are busy rental properties. Sweetgrass responded to all issues quickly. The house itself is great and is such a great improvement from when we rented it 10 years ago(I believe the new owners remodeled). Never saw any cockroaches, which in my opinion is worth its weight in gold. The pool was amazing. Besides the microwave, all other appliances worked great and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Highly recommend this property.

My family had a fun week of sun, beach and pool ! This is our second time at this well appointed home and beautifully landscaped property. Each time we have stayed ,there is always at least one deer to greet us . She strolls by during morning coffee by the pool and then pops back for evening poolside cocktails. The numerous cardinals and hummingbirds add extra zen to my daily poolside yoga . The oak tree and bamboo lined bike path to the beach is conveniently located providing quick access to the silky sandy beach.. Crossing the bike path bridge , in the pond below floated a drowsy 6 foot gator ! So many ways to unwind . We so enjoy this home that we have booked it again for a third visit .

Our family enjoyed our holiday stay at this lovely home. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the relaxing getaway we were looking for. It was close to the beach and in a convenient location for biking and enjoying a good read in the private outdoor settings. We hope to be back!

This is a beautiful house! It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen has been newly renovated and gorgeous! This house had everything we needed and more. There were bathrooms attached to every room. There were walk in closets. The beach was just a 15 minute walk away. The pool was the perfect size and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table for the kids as well. We truly have an amazing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 162 Bluebill Court. We were delighted to see the recent renovation of the main kitchen and family room area. The decor is terrific! Kudos to those involved with the design! We highly recommend this house for a family visit. The house is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the large pool. So refreshing after the beach or other adventures. The bedrooms were lovely, and it was so nice to have individual bathrooms for all rooms. The weather was wonderful - but very hot so it was great to have a house with amazing air conditioning! We had one maintenance request during our visit and Sweetgrass resolved it immediately - so the service could not have been better. We hope to visit again soon. Our vacation was terrific largely because of the comfort and luxury of 162 Bluebill Court!

This house worked perfectly for our three families convening at Kiawah. Having three rooms with twin beds works great with multiple children! En Suite bathrooms with every room make this an ideal situation for multi family stays. We loved the upgrades to the kitchen area and the extremely large pool. We will definitely try for this house again next year!

Our group which consisted of 4 adults and 4 teens had a great time. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone. The swimming pool and pool table were awesome to have. Highly recommend!
