Description

Located on scenic Seabrook Island, this beautiful 4 bedroom on Baywood Drive is the perfect spot for your next Charleston beach and golf vacation.  Situated near the center of the island, it has fantastic golf course views overlooking the tee box of hole #7 and the green of #6 on Crooked Oaks Golf Course, an expansive screened porch, access to club pools & amenities, and is an easy bike ride to the beach and the equestrian center! 

The expansive windows and open lay-out of the main living spaces allows natural light to flow easily throughout the home.  Much care and attention went into the modern, upscale design, yet it still manages to feel comfortable and inviting.  The contemporary kitchen features a large central island with seating which is great for entertaining, upgraded appliances, and even a butlers pantry for added storage and prep space. 

Three of the bedrooms, including the king primary suite, are located on the main first floor, while the unique fourth bedroom is found just up the stairs.  This bedrooms doubles as sleeping space and a second living room & entertainment area.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a half bath for guests on the main floor. 

For a little added fun, there is a billiards room with pool table and when it's time to relax, the screened-in porch with ample seating will be your go-to.  Take in the special sights and sounds of Seabrook Island while having your coffee or wine on either porch or take to the open-air deck to grill out and dine with golf course views.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

We had a wonderful week at 3038 Baywood. The home was absolutely gorgeous and immaculately kept! Fully equipped, we had all of the incidentals of home. Even though the weather was oppressive all week, everyone enjoyed their favorite activities. The only disappointment was not being able to reserve a tee time in the morning. With the temperatures being as oppressive as they were and there being excessive heat advisories posted, we had to reserve tee times at other courses in the area in the morning before temperatures became dangerously high. We were hoping to be able to play the courses at Seabrook. We are looking forward to our next vacation!

From the minute you pull up to this home you realize this is not the normal rental. The home has great curb appeal and the inside is even more fantastic. This was our second time in this house and it doesn’t disappoint. Ideal location filled with all the things you need for a first class vacation. The care takers, Sweetgrass, are great to work with. They are responsive and professional. We will be back !

Beautiful vacation home in a great location! Our family could not have been happier staying here. The floor plan was spacious, with room for multiple families to have privacy. The home was very well maintained and clean. We especially loved the two separate living areas with an abundance of natural light. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We loved everything about our stay in this lovely home. Each room was more beautiful than the next. It’s location on the 7th hole made it all the more special to sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views. We loved staying in Seabrook Island and this home will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Lovely, spacious and comfortable home. We’ve been to Seabrook 5 times and this place was our favorite. Very clean, lots of room for the family, lots of natural light, great screen porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! The home was extremely clean. The moment we arrived we felt comfortable and welcomed. The floor plan worked well for our family. The bed linens were so nice and everyone said they slept well on the mattresses. Well stocked kitchen! Loved the two seating areas surrounding the kitchen. Would definitely rent this home again.

We loved everything about this home from location on the island to the furniture and the room layout. I highly recommend this place should you be looking for a top notch vacation home! Everyone at Sweetgrass were helpful and responded to questions quickly.
