Located inside the idyllic Kiawah Island Resort and overlooking the 16th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course, this fully renovated 2 bedroom villa is situated in the heart of West Beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.

This cozy, renovated villa is appointed with upscale furnishings and a modern, coastal vibe. The main living space has an open-concept feel throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. The sitting area features a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and comfortable furnishings to relax after a long beach day. (The sofa does pull out into a queen-sized sleeper for additional guests.) Please note the TVs only have basic cable and streaming capabilities.

The contemporary kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area seats 6 guests, and there are 3 stools at the kitchen bar for additional patrons. The outdoor patio deck can be accessed from the main living room, and is a popular spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, watch the golfers play by, or take in the beautiful nature views that Kiawah has to offer.

The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) features a queen size bed, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains two twin beds, TV, and also has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Enjoy a quick walk or bike ride over to the beach, or enjoy a short stroll over to the newly renovated Cougar Point Clubhouse, Player's Pub restaurant, the West Beach Tennis Center, and the West Beach Conference Center. For some real adventure, take the island bike paths over to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina for wonderful shopping and dining or ride over to Captain Sam's Spit to watch the dolphins frolic in the water!

Relaxing spring break weekend

Overall

Had a great long weekend at this condo for our family of 4 (kids aged 12 and 5). Clean, comfortable, spacious, with a walking path straight to the beach within 5-7 mins, pretty quiet but you can hear the downstairs neighbors at certain times. Plenty of towels, soaps, extra blankets. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

All great. Enjoyed my long weekend. I'll rent on Kiawah again. Owner might consider upgrading the TV package. It can't be that expensive. I would have like to have watched Fox News and CNBC (I'm an Investment Advisor) on the wide screen TV instead of my laptop.

We loved our stay in this unit! We have rented condos all over the country and in London, and this unit is, by far, the most updated, well appointed, and clean unit we have stayed in! The team at Sweetgrass is very responsive and helpful, and we liked the ease of using the DACK app to get information about our stay and to contact the Sweetgrass team. Our only constructive criticism is that it would be helpful to have a guide for how to use the induction cooktop. It took us several days to figure out the nuances of how to control the temperature when cooking, and we cook a lot when we are on vacation.

We had an amazing vacation! This villa is very comfortable and had all the essentials needed for a home away from home. Our only complaint was the master bedroom had thin curtains and the sunlight woke us up. Otherwise, everything was a 10+! We will definitely be back!

Our family of four stayed in 1368 Fairway Oaks over Labor Day. Great layout with lots of storage including a pantry and large master closet which is hard to come by in other Kiawah rentals we have stayed in. Very clean upon arrival, soft sheets/towels and comfortable beds. Easy short walk to the beach down a path out the back side of the condo. Extra beach gear in the closet was a nice touch! For those traveling with kids - showers had handheld shower heads perfect for rinsing off sand and there is a hose outside of condo as well. Great stay and we appreciate the care and details put into the home

The accommodations were wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable for our stay and well furnished. The location was in close proximity to the beach and easy access to bike path, etc. Communication from property management company was excellent. We would definitely book this location again.

our stay at fairway oaks could not have been better! i had a BIG birthday the week we stayed and there was no where else i wanted to spend it than on kiawah! having never rented with a management company, i didnt know what to expect. i was absolutely blown away! the house was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly! it had everything we needed, space for everyone, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms! we loved the privacy of the second floor and would have coffee and read on the deck every morning overlooking the 16th green. the home owners had chairs, boogy boards and a beach cart for our use and we are endlessly grateful! my son learned how to ride his bike without training wheels this week so we took SO many bike rides... which is the best mode of transportation on kiawah! thank you sweetgrass properties for your high attention to detail, prompt responsiveness and making our vacation a huge success and fantastic memory! and to the home owners for their generosity and beautiful home!
