This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home has amazing pool and golf course views extending across the 9th fairway of the Turtle Point golf course. The spacious home boasts over 4,000 square feet and has a gorgeous back deck with private pool, multiple seating areas, and gas grill.

The home highlights a spacious floor plan that is bright and airy. The rooms flow easily from one room to the next. The main living room offers a comfortable space to relax, and enjoy the TV or each other’s company. There is a second living room, right off the kitchen and main living room, which make it perfect for multiple families/friends to spread out. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel and beautiful granite countertops. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets which make it easy to prepare a delicious meal. There are ample spaces to sit down together for a meal. There are four kitchen barstools, an eat-in kitchen table that seats 6 guests, and the formal dining area, just off the butler door,  which seats 10 guests.

Located on the main level of the home are two bedrooms, and two bathroom. The first bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and large bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV, and deck access to the pool area. The master bath features a double vanity, enclosed toilet room, jacuzzi soaking bathtub, and separate shower with dual shower heads, including a rainshower. The second bedroom, with a queen bed, also on the first level and has a private bathroom with a shower only.

On the second level of the home there are the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bedroom with a TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower only. It accesses the second floor balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a private bath with a shower/tub combination. It also accesses the balcony. And the last bedroom has two full-size beds, a TV, balcony access, and has a private bathroom with a shower only. The home is spacious, yet comfortable and private, to make each guest feel at home.

Family and friends are sure to want to spend hours on the lovely deck and private pool. It makes for perfect evening chats, outside dining, or simply to enjoy the amazing nature surrounding the home.

Large home that accommodated our family for a week of celebration in Kiawah. Bedrooms very comfortable and both family and living rooms were good places to socialize. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking ware. There were hair dryers in each room and enough beach towels to use at the pool for all of the guests. The location on the 9th fairway of Turtle Point Golf course was a nice feature. Minor issue is that the grill was not functional.

317 Glen Eagle was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation(6 adults,8 kids). Location, space, and amenities were all top notch! The only negatives were that both the grill (temp didn't get above 200) and the ice maker didn't work so something to keep in mind as you plan your trip. Looking forward to returning in the future!

We had a great stay at this well appointed home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very comfortable, and the living areas were also very comfortable. We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday with my 3 children, their spouses, and one grandchild, and it was a great home for a family vacation. We also appreciate that the owners allow dogs. We only wish that the home was a little closer to the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was fantastic for our family and visiting friends. Spacious with large bedrooms to accommodate and in line with the listing. The house does have some wear and tear (carpets, cabinetry, etc..) but all in all, is a wonderful house and we would certainly stay again on a future trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the 317 Glen Eagle property. The house was clean and well-stocked (kitchen, furnishings, etc.) with everything we needed. Location is nice with a great view of the golf course. Convenient to get to the beach by bicycle. Sweetgrass was easy to work with and helpful as well.

Great house and wonderful service from Sweetgrass, but the location is poor. Unless you play golf there is little offered at Kiawah Island. Little or no parking at most "nature areas." The only beach access is outside the gate and costs $10 to park -- if there is room. Ad a 45 minute drive to Charleston

We had a great time with our children and grand children. The house was great. My favorite so far and we have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years. The house is beautiful, large rooms, the master bath shower is fabulous. The pool was perfect. It’s a short bike ride to the beach. Sweetgrass was very accommodating and always helpful.

The house was well situated, very nicely maintained, and comfortable. The people at sweetgrass were extremely responsive and helpful. The house is close enough to the beach to walk and the beach is breathtaking. The pool was heated and a lot of fun for kids. We had a wonderful time and the service and accommodations were excellent.

We had a a amazing week at 317 Glen Eagle. The house is beautiful and inviting, just the right size and has plenty of special places for all the guests to call their own. We rented bikes for the week and made sure to bike on the beach and the trails, and out to the Ocean Club for drinks and lunch on the porch. The house is located conveniently on the island. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner. Would definitely stay in this home again!

Our family of four and our little dog had the best week at 317 Glen Eagle! What a great place for virtual work/school and play. The house is gorgeous and enormous, so we had plenty of room to spread out for work/school and relaxing (two living rooms). And, the wifi was excellent. 317 Glen Eagle is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and welcoming. It was also very clean. A few toiletries were supplied in each of the bathrooms, along with plenty of bath towels. There are also pool towels pool floats. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a blender, multiple coffee makers, a little dish soap, etc. Groceries Ahead delivered our groceries for us before our arrival (highly recommend), which was wonderful. The local Harris Teeter also has a decent selection of groceries. Local businesses were open (with social-distancing and mask requirements). We felt safe everywhere. Sweetgrass Properties was great to work with, and left me feeling like they truly cared the we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. They left a little welcome kit for us upon our arrival. After work/school each day, we enjoyed the private pool, golfing, fishing, and riding bikes to the beach (Alligator bikes to drop off/pick up rental bikes for us for the week, which worked out wonderfully). We would definitely rent this house again!

The home is beautiful. The layout is nice for a family group. All the bedrooms and beds are comfortable. The pool and deck are lovely. It would be nice if the pool could be heated to a warmer temperature than 82 degrees. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Also, a nice pantry for storage.

My family has visited Kiawah about a half dozen time. each time trying a new rental property with a private pool. Although each has been lovely, it is safe to say, after staying here, that this is the only home we plan to rent for future trips to Kiawah. The location of the house is wonderful. It's at the end of a quiet street and only a short bike ride to the beach. The inside of the home is well maintained, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The backyard is gorgeous with a large pool, patio with plenty of lounge chairs and a grill for BBQs. The yard backs up to a golf course and is quiet and private. The owner is so pleasant and extremely responsive in answering any questions and was also very quick to return our security deposit. Highly recommend renting this property.
