The southern-style front porch is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or gathering for an evening conversation. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a warm, comfortable beach vibe, upscale furnishings, hard wood floors, and an open floorplan. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, a center island, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 guests, with an additional 3 bar stools at the counter. The screened porch is accessible from this area. Overlooking the golf course and natural surroundings, it’s the ideal place to relax on the cozy outdoor furniture or dine outside. Right at your fingertips you can walk right across the golf course to the Tomasso Restaurant or play a round of golf at Turtle Point. 

There is ample sleeping space for family and friends. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms both have queen beds, and the third has two twins. One queen room has a private bathroom, while the other two rooms share a hall bath. The second floor hosts the other two bedrooms, including the gorgeous master suite with king bed and private bathroom, as well as the fifth bedroom, which has two queens and a private bathroom.

This spacious home is a perfect spot for a families or golfers alike. It is less than a 10 minute walk or a quick bike ride to the beach, which can be accessed using boardwalks #28 or #29.  Enjoy miles of nature trails, world-class golfing, tennis, water sports, fishing and more. THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO GATHER FOR MY MOM'S BIG BIRTHDAY WITH FAMILY FROM NEW YORK, FLORIDA, MINNESOTA AND CHARLESTON. WE LOVED THE FACT WE COULD ALL BE IN ONE HOUSE CHATTING, COOKING TOGETHER AND DOING TOURS AND WALKING THE AREA. THE HOUSE WAS AN EXCELLENT HOME OUTFITTED WITH ALL THE THINGS WE WOULD BE UTILIZING. WE HAD A BLAST AND ARE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT "NEXT YEAR".

fantastic location-across the street from the neighborhood pool and quick walk/bike to beach! house decor is a little worn but that is a good thing if you bring kids. well stocked kitchen and spacious pantry. 1st floor bath in need of a few simple repairs (shower door) awesome screened in back porch!

We loved our stay at 2 Ocean Green! The house was perfect for our large family offering numerous bedrooms along with large living areas both inside and out. Also, the location of the house just across the street from the pool and a short walk or bike ride to the the beach was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in this house. Kitchen is well equipped. It was very nice having the pool right across the street. The beach is only a 4 minute bike ride. One thing that needs addressed is the doors. They don’t shut well without a lot of extra effort ( especially the sliding patio doors).

This is a well appointed, comfortable home, with a beautiful view of Turtle Point Golf Course. We enjoyed the amenities, the nearness to the beach, and the peaceful neighborhood. And the power stayed on all through Hurricane Ian, and helped have a great day watching the storm. We will definitely return to this house and use Sweetgrass as our expert agent.

House was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 children. The rooms were all a good size with large bathrooms. The front porch was wonderful with all the rocking chairs and swing. The back screened in porch added a whole other room to the house which we used daily. We had one issue with the hot water heater and it was addressed immediately by Sweetgrass Properties when we called. We rented bikes so it was about a 3 minute ride to the beach, and about 9 minutes when we walked. We would definitely rent this house again!. Our entire family will have great memories of the good times we had there for a long long time!

We’ll be back 5/5 Stayed Mar 2022 Kathy F.Bloxom, Virginia, USA The layout of the house allowed a lot of privacy between bedrooms. Plenty of room. We did a lot of cooking and this kitchen is very well stocked, there wasn’t anything that was lacking. Plenty of dishes for a large family. Perfect location for walking to beach. My oldest boys loved being on the golf course. It was convenient for their golfing. I didn’t give a 5 star for cleanliness because the grill was very dirty and took extensive cleaning on our part before we could use it. Also the grill utensils inside were dirty as well as a few other utensils and a glass or 2 that we had to wash prior to using. The outside table on the porch also would have required cleaning but we chose not to use it. The screened porch in the back was absolutely wonderful., very peaceful and relaxing. The property was excellent for our needs. The problem was with the need to harass regarding behavior or rules violations potentials was insulting. If you need to continually remind the renting party how to behave your renting to the wrong people.

We were two families each with a 2 year old, so we had an extra room and certainly could have fit additional kiddos - and hope to in the future. The house was warm and inviting and location was ideal. Perhaps next time around we will look for something a touch closer to the beach but that's if we're being picky. For those looking for a "luxury" stay though, this isn't it. The furnishings were rather dated and worn/"lived in", but we honestly loved that about the place. It's partly why we immediately felt at home. :-) Especially with 2 year olds, we were hardly ever concerned about spills or breakages as our toddlers stumbled through the home.

Have been coming to Kiawah Island for 20+ years and as our family has grown graduated to renting houses over condos. This is our third house rented on the Ocean Green street and everyone loves vacationing here. This was the first time renting this house. We loved the location and access to the community pool which is right across the street. The five bedrooms were great - no one had to share a bedroom and other than some bathrooms needing updating, the house was beautiful.

Gorgeous and comfortable home. The island is beautiful!!! The pool was right across the street. The walk to the beach was wonderful not too far at all. Took over 2.5 mile walks round trip each day.
