The newly renovated kitchen features upgraded appliances & cabinetry and a large custom island with counter-stool seating, sure to be the ideal spot for entertaining.  Hosting family and friends is a breeze.  There is a breakfast area with seating for 6 as well as a large dining area table with seating for 8. 

There are three bedrooms located on the first floor of the home. The first bedroom is located just off the living room, featuring a king size bed, sliding glass door to the outdoor deck, and en-suite full bathroom with double vanity and a glass shower.  The second and third bedrooms are located off the dining room. The second bedroom features two twin beds, access to the screened-in porch, plenty of storage, and a detached full bathroom. The third bedroom features a king size bed, access to the outdoor deck, and an en-suite full bathroom.

A designated laundry closet is located between the second and third bedrooms with a high-quality washer and dryer set.

The second level features two more bedrooms, the master bedroom and a guest bedroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a private balcony overlooking the golf course, and a newly renovated full en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a private balcony, and a detached full bathroom.

Wonderful Home and Great Visit to Kiawah Island

Our family had a great visit to Kiawah Island and we really enjoyed staying at 18 Ocean Green. The home has been recently renovated in 2022. The kitchen and master bedrooms were beautiful and well appointed. The location of the home on the 13th green of Turtle Point Golf Course and walking distance to the clubhouse and the ocean is ideal! We felt right at home during our visit and had a great time. We have booked homes for our vacations across the country through rental agencies and AirBnb / VBRO. My wife said at the end of our trip that she thought this was one of the best homes we have ever booked and stayed.
