A guest bedroom on the first floor features two bunk beds (sleeping four guests) and semi-private access to the hallway bathroom. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center.  Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Seabrook accommodation. Close to beaches(walking distance), close to the Seabrook Island Club and amenities, nice community pool as well. Lovely decor, clean and neat, and very well appointed for cooking and creature comforts. Thank you for making this a special vacation home retreat! We loved riding bikes around the island, visiting fantastic restaurants and taking in the culture. Star gazing on the deck was a lovely bonus. We highly recommend SL919 Sealoft!
