This gorgeous four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is on one of our most popular streets, Ocean Green and Silver Moss. Sitting right on the cul-de-sac and peninsula of Silver Moss, this home has magnificent views of wildlife and the Turtle Point golf course. The house is just a minute's walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool. The footbridge across the lagoon takes you straight to Atlantic Beach Court to cut through to the beach.

The home has a bright, open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining table. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a homemade meal. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The expansive screened-in porch overlooks the 18th hole of the Turtle Point golf course. This space is an additional room inviting outdoor dining, socializing, and a nap on the Charleston porch swing. You will love watching the golfers and the wildlife passing through. The
first floor has a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Taking the stairs to the second floor, you are greeted with an additional family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-air sun deck. To the right, there is a king bedroom with a private bathroom. This room has access to the balcony. To the left, across the family room, are the other two rooms. The king bedroom has balcony access, and it shares a bathroom with the two twin bedroom. The family room includes a TV and a pull-out sofa for two additional guests.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street. The views of the golf course from the second story and the third floor deck were great and access to the biking trails and beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house is a great choice for a family or for several couples looking for a getaway together.

This home has a great location just a a few minutes from the beach and a beautiful view of the golf course fairways. It is also a quick walk to the Turtle golf clubhouse for indoor or outdoor dining. Down the cul-de-sac is a private community pool. The three comfortable king size beds made it exceptionally nice for our guests with the recently remodeled en suite bathrooms. The open concept was perfect for our group, including the huge screened in porch off the entire back of the house. The well stocked kitchen made it easy for meals for entertaining our large group. Along with many seating options on the second floor sun bathing deck, dining room, screened in porch and game table areas.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family! We have 2 adult children out of college, one college student and a high school teen. The home was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Felt like home away from home. Kiawah Island and its activities, and its proximity to Charleston, made this a perfect vacation for us!

It was our first time staying at 7 Silver Moss, but it won’t be our last! A spacious home for our party of eight, including a fully stocked kitchen. And did I mention the incredible screened in porch with a swing you may never want to leave??The location was incredible, a short walk to the beach and steps away from a community pool. There were also loads of beach toys on hand which our kids thoroughly enjoyed! Can’t wait to come back!

Loved the proximity to the beach for 7 Silver Moss - made for such an easy, quick walk!Beautiful home with plenty of space for two families - we especially appreciated two primary bedrooms for the grown-ups! We spent plenty of time on the screened porch with the beautiful views of the golf course and enjoyed a few naps on the comfy porch swing. What a bonus having a community pool so close by for the kids to play while we made dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience at this beach house! With two kids, the location was perfect- just a short walk to the beach and stunning golf course views. It was also walkable to a great restaurant and bike-friendly for exploring the island.The included neighborhood pool down the street was a hit with the kids, and the included beach toys were a lifesaver since we flew in. We loved the screened-in porch for relaxing and big win on the king beds for a good night’s sleep. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Beautiful vacation home for families of all ages. Kitchen was well designed and equipped, bedrooms were very comfortable and top notch location. Gathering areas on the large screened porch and in both family rooms were comfortable and well designed for group gatherings or for quiet relaxation. Easy walk or bike ride to beach. Absolutely love this house! It’s not only beautiful but so comfortable. There’s a fabulous amount of space to let family members spread out, enjoy and relax. Close to the beach and central on Kiawah Island. The kitchen makes it easy to make meals at home. The screened in porch is so fabulous for enjoying lowkey time outside. This house is a great vacation spot!

Beautiful house. My son, DIL, & 2 young grandchildren had the 2 BR w/ the shared bath. I had the upstairs master. We enjoyed the separate family room and deck. Well equipped kitchen. Screened in porch was lovely especially the swing. Very convenient to beach. We would recommend highly and will rent from you again.

Another great week in Kiawah and this house was the perfect place for our large group. We loved the first-floor master for the quiet and privacy while our kids and their friends enjoyed the upstairs family room and sun deck. I especially liked the screened porch for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. Our kids made good use of the surf boards and the neighborhood pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely rent here again. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful home. Great space for family of 6. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen and living areas were beautifully decorated. Everything you could need. The best part was the screened back porch overlooking the 18 hole. We loved watching the golfers and relaxing in the furniture and swing! The house is also a short walk to the beach and pool. Couldn’t have found a better house. We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful home with ample space for our party of 9! The bedrooms and upstairs family room was the perfect place for our young adult children and their friends to hang out. We loved the screened porch with the views of the golf course and comfy porch swing. We enjoyed several meals cooked in and brand new grill and the very well-equipped kitchen made it super easy. We have rented homes all over Kiawah and this was the best kitchen we have ever had just based on pots/pans, quality of knives, and Keurig coffee maker alone! It had everything we needed. We loved the location of this house - the short walk to the beach and the community pool were both much appreciated by our gang. The use of beach chairs at the house was a nice bonus for our large group.

We loved our stay at 7 Silver Moss this summer. It's the perfect Kiawah location! We enjoyed riding our bikes the short distance to the beach and getting to view the beautiful landscape and wildlife along the way. The kids enjoyed having access to a community pool, which we found ourselves using daily after a few hours in the sun and sand. It was so nice to have our morning coffee on the porch and get to see the golfers play by. You can tell that the owners take pride in their home and we can't wait to hopefully come back next year!

This home is very comfortable with attractive furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. If you frequent the beach, it’s a surprisingly short walk. We enjoyed the screened porch with great furniture and bed swing and nice views of Turtle Point golf course. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The very first thing we want to say is, THANK YOU for finding us another property that we could bring our dog to after the property we rented had a water leak and was unable to accommodate us. We were very impressed with how you were able to save our Thanksgiving trip. We really enjoyed 7 Silver Moss. There was plenty of room in the house. The living room furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that there were plenty of tvs and cable provided so we could watch the football games. The porch swing was lovely and the dining table on the back porch was nice to have as well. The location to the beach was another plus. The only thing we would suggest is to upgrade the pillows for the beds. We look forward to booking with you again next year!

Easy booking and communication throughout was great. The house had a great location and while it can use some updates, it worked perfect for our family. When we had an issue with the AC, the team responded and sent a repair person quickly. The only feedback on the house amenities, they definitely need a large lobster pot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to 7 Silver Moss. We have stayed On Silver Moss on prior visits and love the neighborhood. The house was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was stocked well for us to prepare a couple of our meals in. From the access directions to the departure directions, everything was clear and easy to follow. This is the second time we stayed at this home. It is a nice home at a great location. However, it would be nice if they put a better mattress in the first floor master bedroom. The bed is very hard and it makes it difficult to sleep. Other than the bed issue the place is great.

Our extended family enjoyed our week at 7 Silver Moss. The house is in a great location very close to the beach. It is also close to the community pool which was nice to use late in the day. The house was very clean and functional. Between the porch, the two tv areas, and large bedrooms everyone had some space if they needed it - especially for the occasional work call =( Sweetgrass Properties was very responsive to every question. I would rent this house again as well as work with Sweetgrass.

We spent a week at this house and it was perfect. Kids had the upstairs loft which workd perfectly for them. There is plenty of space and the kitchen has a great flow. The only down fall was we felt the freezer was a bit small. (To much food i guess) Also the main glass slider door was very hard to close. We would for sure stay again in this house. Beach is about a 3 min bike ride or a 6 min walk. No one had any problems making the trip.

We loved almost everything about our stay at Kiawah Island 7 Silver Moss. The highlights were the screened in porch with the wide swing, we used the porch several times each day including Pilates and Barre classes, zoom meetings, picnics, watching the rain, dozing, story time and bottle time. We never ran out of new ways to enjoy our porch. The house was great as was the proximity to the beach and the condos where our other family members stayed. We found everyone we encountered to be friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely community. The shops are a bit far from the house and having a little market closer would have increased the convenience, but we did enjoy the nearby Freshfields, we thought it could be 5 x times bigger! . Everything else was wonderful. Thank you very much.
