Overall

We just stayed here with 4 adults and 1 infant! It was so spacious and had a wonderful view. I would highly recommend this place especially for families! Our only feedback is the kitchen was lacking a few things we needed.

Our son works on the island so this was a perfect place for us to stay. We had everything we needed for the 5 nights, especially in the kitchen because we cooked most of our meals and enjoyed relaxing as a family in the evening, after long days of golf. The accommodations were spacious, and well taken care of, and having full size laundry machines was a plus. The deck area is so peaceful. The communication related to all the rental details was very good and that was greatly appreciated.

The place was lovely, clean and had every convenience. My only suggestion is the master bathroom bath could you a safty bar to hold on to. It can be slippery/dangerous getting in or out of the nice deep tub.

We had a wonderful time at your lovely condo! It was everything we could have wished for: beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. And the setting is gorgeous! We felt so relaxed while we were there. We enjoyed it so much that we have rebooked for next year!

Overall

We likely hit the unit at a "tweener" time - the light in the 2nd bath shower was missing and under repair; the door on the outside storage was removed and propped-up waiting for a new one. Neither was a showstopper; Sweetgrass fixed the light within hours of our notification. The unit has ample room for inhabitants and a brand new washer and dryer in the kitchen - good for big laundry loads but not so much if you need a lot of room to cook (which you should not need - wonderful places to eat on the islands). The view off the veranda of the 18th water hazard at Turtle Creek GC provided serenity and gator watching. Getting in/out of the sunken shower/tub in the Master is a bit treacherous but workable with minor caution. Just beware if age/sore limbs are an issue. The rehab of the unit upstairs can be annoying. The workers put in long days as do their power tools and hammers. But, hopefully, they're getting close to finished. We'd rent it again - especially if upstairs is done.

We have stayed in Kiawah thirty eight times over the past twenty years or so. This is one of the most attractively furnished and well-equipped villas we have stayed in. The views of the lagoon and golf course, from the main living areas of the house and the large and comfortable porch, are wonderful. As we are people "of a certain age" (both 80) we found the very deep tub/shower in the master bedroom difficult to get into and out of. It would be very helpful to have a safety bar put up. This would make the tub much safer.

Unit well equipped and very comfortable. Pretty lagoon view. I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated how Drew came so promptly and helped with the tv. Only reason I might not com back was the mattress in the master bedroom was so soft that I found it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Our stay at Turtle Point was very good. The condo was clean and easy to access upon arrival, and the combination of location and size was perfect for our trip. The only point of improvement that we would suggest would be increased home goods for stays of our length (10 days), as we ran out of garbage bags, soaps, etc. rather quickly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Views from the deck included alligator visits, beautiful birds, jumping fish in the lagoon and the 18th hole of the golf course. The beds were comfy. Ten minute walk to the beach and close to village shops. The kitchen was functional but could use a reorg. Suggestions for improvement: upgrade tv in living room, add barbecue grill or broiler pan, fix broken wall sockets.

My wife and I recently stayed at a condo at Turtle Point had an absolute amazing time! We wanted to be right on the course we were playing and we were walking distance to the clubhouse! The condo was the perfect space for us and we used all the amenities! It happened to rain for half the day, but we were still able to enjoy drinks on the patio and a few movies on the TV! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and house! We can’t wait to come back in the future and will be booking through Sweetwater!
