Overlooking the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, the villa is perfect to enjoy all of Kiawah’s amenities- golf, tennis, nature trails, and the close proximity to the Night Heron Park, Sanctuary Hotel, and more!

Upon entering the villa, the open floorplan is perfect to relax in after a fun-filled day with all there is to do on the island. The beautiful coastal hues make it inviting and comfortable. The living room has a flat-screen TV, and has sliding doors that lead to the large covered porch with amazing golf course views!

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with upgraded countertops and appliances. There is plenty of space to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and it offers a breakfast bar with additional bar seating.

The master suite offers a private retreat. Filled with abundant natural light and offering private deck access, it includes a king bed, TV, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The remaining two bedrooms offer a queen bed each, TV, and share a bathroom.

Our children and grandchildren enjoyed a great 4 nights at this condo. It is in excellent condition and feels very up to date and clean. Great location. This is the 4th time we have rented this condo.

This is our 2nd year at 4971. We love it. Can't wait to get back next year. The location is perfect for us because of the elevator. We are in our mid 80's. Additionally t5he sweetgrass folks are the absolute best. We have been doing winter rentals for over 20 yrs. and they are the best to date.

Turtle Point is located in a convenient area of the island. Our condo was literally less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the path was just at the end of our complex. It’s a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park which is a wonderful park with pool, water slides, playgrounds and all sorts of activities for kiddos and adults. We rented bikes from Alligator Bikes and mentioned Sweetgrass to receive a discount. Kiawah has over 30 miles of mostly paved bike trails so stop by Night Heron Park and pick up a trail map. My husband is a walking Quadriplegic (statically doesn’t exist) so he can walk some with “sticks”, but mostly uses a lightweight scooter for mobility. The most amazing aspect of our vacation was that Kiawah has hard packed sand so for the 1st time in 10 years, he was able to easily get down to the beach (10 ft or so of soft sand right off the boardwalk then wide hard packed sand.) We actually rode for miles up and down the beach on bikes and he was on his scooter. Wow! The bike trails were mostly smooth paved beautiful wooded trails. As far as the condo itself, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The unit was exceptionally clean. Sweetgrass was great to work with and very responsive to requests and needs. For us, the built in shower benches were very helpful. The only downfall to these units is they say “elevator accessible” and they are. The problem is that the 1st floor is actually up 7 stairs. The elevator doesn’t go to ground level. Since my husband can walk up some stairs (thankfully not a full set), and his scooter is around 30 lbs, this wasn’t an issue for us. If you have a family member that is wheelchair bound, this complex would be an issue. The view of the 17th hole is beautiful and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. We will be back!

This is a lovely condo with a great view of the golf course and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality pots/pans and other tools and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The only drawback was there was limited cabinet space to store food. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large with GREAT water pressure in the showers. The living room area had comfortable furniture and was well appointed. There were a few housekeeping items that needed attention. The master bath shower door was difficult to open and close and there was a slight bit of mildew present. The handle on the sliding glass door in the living room was loose and hard to use. We saw a couple of bugs in the kitchen. Overall, we found this to be a very nice rental unit.

We had a wonderful visit reconnecting at Kiawah Island for a week. We rented bikes in which we were able to explore more of the island off the main road. The beaches were not overly crowded which was great. We did lots of cooking during the day and restaurants at night. The condo was amazing. The owners obviously take great pride in their home and it shows. Hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you

The unit is exactly what it appears to be on the website. Very clean, well appointed condo with beautiful view of the golf course. It’s about a 7-10 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Only complaint is the kitchen is extremely small and there is virtually no cabinet space to put groceries and provisions. So everything ends up on the small counter space. Everything went smoothly from booking to check in to departure.

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic week on Kiawah and this rental was perfect for our stay. It's beautifully decorated with tasteful, comfortable furniture. The large windows allow in lots of light, and the balcony provides a nice added space to hang out. It's fun to watch the golfers. The layout is great for couples or a family. The walk to the beach took no more than 7 or 8 minutes. Don't miss drinks on the veranda at the Ryder's Cup bar. Loved working with Sweetgrass Properties. They were quick to respond to emails prior to arrival and very helpful over the phone with a couple of questions. Overall, it was a 5-star stay!!

We love Kiawah!! And the unit was very well equipped. We cooked almost every night and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the smoke detector - it was overly sensitive - going off when making toast!!
