    We could see that improvements were made to the property recently. Only items we noticed: a couple of places. the new flooring needed more glue. The bedroom with king, the TV volume was distorted on a few channels. Probably a signal issue. A very clean property. Sweetgrass Properties are noticeably cleaner than others. Kitchen very organized and good cookware. Even though, our stay was short, it was great to be on Kiawah! Thank you

    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment while in Kiawah Island for a tennis tournament. The location couldn't have been better — the kids loved being able to walk right over to the tennis courts! The apartment itself is full of natural light, with a spacious layout and a large TV perfect for relaxing after matches. Everything is newly renovated, and the bathrooms were especially beautiful. It's in a quiet building with a lovely view of the golf course, on the second floor with elevator access, which made it very convenient. Parking was easy as well. Overall, a perfect spot — we would definitely stay here again!
